The apartment is fully loaded with everything you need for a great stay. Local TV channels, super fast wifi, comfortable beds, fresh towels and linen plus a kitchen full of modern amenities.

You'll have access to the entire apartment

Paddington is nestled right on the edge of Hyde Park, one of the most famous parks in the world! Countless shops, cafe's, bars and pubs are right on your doorstep. You couldn't wish for a better location to base yourself for a London stay.

Paddington train station is just a 2 minute walk away. You'll be able to get all over London with ease and reach all the world famous sites in just a few minutes.
In order to combat unsolicited parties and be kind neighbours we have a noise monitoring device in the apartment (this is a camera free device which you can find more about here https://www.minut.com/).
Should the noise breach a certain level after 8pm for a sustained period of time then we will be alerted and will call the Police to attend the apartment to put a stop whatever is taking place. Your reservation will then be terminated with no refunds and your security deposit retained.

We are proud to be good neighbours and absolutely will not tolerate anti social behaviour of any kind whatsoever.

Appartement refait à neuf

L’appartement est tout neuf et très propre. Il est très bien situé tout proche de la station de Paddington. Le seul inconvénient est le bruit avec la rue qui devant.

Amazing place to stay near Paddington station

First, the good. Apartment is in a great location if you’re catching the Heathrow Express, literally a 2 minute walk to Paddington. Now, the not so good. Arriving at the apartment there were several open bags of garbage next to the steps. We used the app they had recommended to open the building door, but the lockbox outside, which they stated specifically in their instructions (with a picture) would not open with their given code. We tried for 10 minutes, tried Robert and got voicemail, then called their emergency number which is an answering service. My wife went up the several flights of stairs and found another lockbox which actually had the apartment key. Going into the building was abhorrent; cigarette butts on the carpet which looked as if it hadn’t been vacuumed in weeks, bags of towels, what looked like broken drying racks, etc. The apartment itself was clean and very bare bones. Their instructions listed coffee shops in the neighborhood but none provided, nor was there washing machine soap. This is typical with a corporate run apartment. The worst thing was the bathroom. It was clean but the sink was unusable as it very clogged as is the tub. Be ready to shower in ankle deep water and shave and brush teeth in the kitchen. For a company which sends numerous emails stressing that you must keep the noise down, no cigarette smoking, etc., they really need to do a better job keeping this building and apartment in shape. Would not recommend. Oh, this was the last of eight VRBO apartments we stayed in on a five week European trip. All our other reviews were five stars.

Spacious one bed flat in the heart of Paddington.

The flat was a great size. The kitchen, bed and sofa all looked new and it was clean. The flat was just across from Paddington station which was ideal as we were able to get the train to Lego Land from here. The only down side to this was that there heatwave while we were there and it was noisy at night as we had to keep the windows open. The only mirror was in the bathroom but as there were no plugs close enough I had to dry and straighten my hair using the reflection on the tv in the bedroom. It would be helpful to add a wall mirror to the bedroom. Overall we were happy with our stay. I would stay again and would recommend to others.

So close to Paddington station and Heathrow Express

This is a very nice property within an easy 2min walk for the Heathrow Express train. After flying 10 hours the last thing we want to do is drag our luggage around London. It’s also much easier to catch the early train for those flying out in the morning. There is a Big Bus hop on hop off stop at the end of the street for people wanting that option. Next to Paddington Station there is Garfunkel's a 24hr restaurant that serves breakfast all day, this came in handy on our early AM flight out and after a late night concert (not a lot of restaurants open 24hr in London) The close location to the Underground made getting around London very easy (I recommend using the app Citymapper, free version, for help with using the Underground)

Pristine and ideal location

We absolutely loved our stay in this Paddington station flat! The flat was recently renovated and it was spotlessly clean! It had all the amenities, although we didn’t do any cooking, we could have. The bed was comfortable, and it was nice to have a sofa and dining area. The flat was so very peaceful! The shower had good water pressure, the windows were all new so they were easy to open to let the steam out from the shower. There were 35 steps up to the flat, but it was well worth it. It was nice to have a quiet place to be after walking around the city all day. We felt very safe there with the double locks to the flat. Our only suggestion would be, to provide some tea and coffee for your guests. The coffee maker and tea pot were lovely but we did not have any coffee or tea. Luckily there is a “Café Nero“ right across the street! We highly recommend “Cork and Bottle” for dinner, it was lovely and right next door! We loved the location of the flat as Paddington underground and Paddington train station we’re just around the corner. All in all, we would stay there again with no hesitation! We highly recommend this property!

Very convenient, one block to Paddington station! Brand new apartment! Need cell phone for entrance to apartment! Might be nice to have a lock box option available also for those who are not tech savvy. If you are a light sleeper you may need earplugs, as the street noise is loud in unit 2!! Neighborhood had all conveniences...

Great short stay

This property was perfect for our two night stay in London. Easy access to train and underground stations was fabulous. Apartment was clean and quiet. Be sure to download entry instructions ahead of time as we didn’t have WiFi and it was a bit of an issue at check-in but that was our fault for not realizing this ahead of time. Overall, nice, roomy, clean accommodations. Would recommend!

Excellent rental for both short and long term

This flat by far is one of the best HomeAway finds I have stayed at! So close to the Paddington station or one of the hop on hop off bus tours. Lots of great restaurants and markets. The flat is very clean and recently updated. The kitchen is fully functioning complete with washer/dryer unit. The wifi is very fast! I felt very safe in this flat and will stay here again for future travels to London

Could not ask for a better location, The flat itself inside was spotless and brand new. The exterior is under renovation so covered with scaffolding with no views. But this not impact us as we were out for most of the day. Our host was very obliging and met our special request for fans. Thanks James.

Comfortable and handy

Stayed this apartment previously and nice to return to familiar comfortable digs. Paddington Station only 200 metres away which provided access to a number of rail transport options. Unfortunately the building was wrapped in scaffolding with refurb work being done so no view out of the windows but did not subtract from a very pleasant stay. Would consider staying again if in town.

Good location but needs a lot of work.

Sorry to say I would not book again, although it was a good location, there was a lot not to be happy about. Smell of mustiness as you walk in, bad bed, Noisy, did not get any sleep as there was scaffolding and a large taupoulin that flapped in the wind all night and workmen on the scaffolding looking into your apartment. The shower was so close to the wall it was almost impossible to get wet. I contacted the Owner/ Rep of this place by what’s App to let him know, didn’t get a response so therefore obviously didn’t care . Got your money and that’s it. Very disappointed.

Great location

Die Lage der Wohnung ist super. Nur wenige Minuten zur Tube oder Bus. Nette Restaurants und Geschäfte in der Nähe. Die Wohnung ist sauber und geräumig. Besonders erfreut war ich über die gute Dusche, da habe ich in London schön viel schlechtes erlebt. Die Wohnung ist für die zentrale Lage eigentlich relativ ruhig. Als wir da waren, war die Vorderfront des Hauses eingerüstet und mit Plastik verhangen. Da es nachts sehr windig war, schlug die Folie oft laut gegen das Gerüst. Ab und zu hört man auch die Sirenen von Krankenwagen, denn in der Nähe ist ein Krankenhaus. Wir haben Nachtischlampen am Bett vermisst und eine Garderobe im Flur wäre hilfreich. Gestört hat auch das Wäscherack im Schlafzimmer, dass voll war mit feuchter Wäsche, was unangenehm roch. Insgesamt haben wir uns hier aber wohl gefühlt und würden auch wiederkommen.

Perfect stay in Paddington

Ich war schon sehr oft in London aber noch nie in einer so tollen Wohnung. Sauber, frisch renoviert, gut eingerichtete Küche und für die Lage nicht laut. Die Lage ist besonders zu erwähnen, 2 min von Paddington Station. Einmal ums Eck und man ist da. Wenn man abends nach langer sightseeing tour nach hause kommt weiß man das zu schätzen. Wenn ich wieder nach London komme werde ich sicher da noch einmal übernachten.

The appartment was really nice. All the things you need are there and when you have a question you got a quick answer. A tip the door of the kitchen can not be closed and in the bathroom the door of little kabinet is broken. Fix that and you got 5 stars

Size of flat and location both great, just a few things need attention. Really comfortable.

Told we were on the first floor, but were on the second (top) floor - not easy for an older couple with large suitcases. Blown light globes in lounge and kitchen need fixing. Bedroom blinds need to block out more light (kept waking up thinking it was morning). Otherwise facilities really good. We were more than happy there. Can't help noise from ambulances, but got used to them.

Perfect Location!

You definitely can’t beat the location. Literally steps from Paddington Station! Off the train and in the door in five minutes! Close to restaurants and shopping. Flat was fine and spacious enough for our family of four. Truly we only slept there as we were out enjoying the city from morning until night. A few disappointing aspects would be with the amenities - the drying rack located in the main bedroom must have had damp items in it as the room had a slight odor or mildew type scent. Also, the fridge door was cracked open when we arrived and an old yogurt was still inside - which definitely had a lingering smell! The bathroom didn’t have bath mats which was kind of odd and not having access to a hair dryer was a bit frustrating. I rate this place high for convenience and location and good communication before arriving. No major problems at all and would stay here again if the opportunity arises.
