Do not stay here

Accommodation was not clean. Hairs on floor and bathroom. Crumbs on counter top. Stains on couch. the carbon monoxide alarm went off during the night and there was no support either on site or by telephone. Had to open all windows and stay awake all night watching everyone. Very poor customer service from hotels.com. Had to leave accommodation and book a hotel for other nights. Refund request was refused.
