The room itself is clean, compact and comfertable for one or two nights stay, however, there is practically no sound proofing so woke up multiple times through the night with noise from the street, even with earplugs in. No real amenities, which is expected with the price, however, the handwash and shower gel/shampoo are exactly the same and have a terrible smell.

The condition, standard and the outlook of the property/hotel is pretty good for the location, price and the amenities available provided. The choices and varieties of food available for breakfast is pleasant. Staff are courteous and attentive, willing to assist wherever they can.

I was only there for one night but thoroughly enjoyed my stay! The room was small but exactly what I needed for the night, it was clean and the air conditioning was perfect. We had a great Saturday night stay here. Fab location close to Spitalfields Market, Brick Lane and Liverpool Street Station. Lovely staff who were very helpful. Nice decor throughout.

Overall a great stay

Bed, duvet and pillows were comfy. Had the essentials. Yes it was a small room but it was you paid for. Will definitely be using this company again. In a great location. Had wifi was intermittent but was good. Verg modern and lovely garden.

Lovely location and very helpful staff!

The location was perfect, it was very easy to get around London and explore. The room was clean, comfy and just what we had expected when booking online. Unfortunately, during our stay our AC stopped working in the room overnight. As we were on the lower ground (with no windows) it got quite hot quite quickly. The member of staff on the desk that night was so apologetic and helpful. He gave us a key to another room where we could sleep for the rest of the night without having to move all of our stuff with us. They also offered us free breakfast the following morning. As we were checking out, they asked if they could do anything else for us but we were very happy with their service. I would happily stay here again!

Great Location, Calibrate your Expectations

This is pretty much just a bed to sleep in and a shower and that’s it. If you require anything else it might be available for a fee. Umbrellas are locked in a vending situation, there is a fee to leave your bags for an hour, a fee for late checkout, etc. That being said, it’s completely sufficient if you know what to expect. The maze of getting to the room alarmed me a little so I had to make sure to locate the emergency exits for my peace of mind. The location is unbeatable and the staff is very nice.
