Convenient!

Rooms are only small, which I didn't mind at all but just good to know! Hotel is in a really convenient place and the staff were lovely.

Great location friendly staff

Small, clean and comfortable. The couple of employees I met were friendly and helpful. The hotel we're doing works on 5 floor, but not seemingly at the weekend. Area is quiet, again it was the weekend so can't connect on weekdays. Very short walk to London eye and houses of parliament. Great location to stay

Exceeded expectations apart from the noise

For 1 night with my daughter, this room was great. Check in was easy and the lady member of staff was very helpful and took our luggage into storage as our room wasnt ready (we were early). The room is compact but it had everything needed and was well designed. The only negative in the room was that there was only 1 USB port and this didnt work. The bed was very comfortable. The room was very clean. We were advised of the noise due to renovations, however, this lasted until past 10pm at night which wasnt the best. Also, the sirens were very loud throughout the night and so was the traffic. If you want quiet & peaceful environment, this isnt the right hotel. If you can deal with the outside noise, are going to be out most of the time and want a clean, budget hotel in a great location, then this is the perfect hotel.

This is a great hotel, my first time to London. I booked when I got to the airport, got to the hotel OMG the staff were soooo nice didn’t matter who was on duty they were all very nice and helpful. Rooms are clean and up to date. Small rooms but it was good enough for me. Considering you will be 10 mins walk from the eye and Big Ben.. buses run in front the hotel on a regular and the tube is just across the street. You can also walk to the war museum. Just a few blocks from the hotel is a street lined with great restaurants..love love this location.amd it’s a safe neighborhoods and they have stores across the st for late night snacking .THANK YOU.

Good for short stays

Very basic but exactly what it said on the tin. We spent 3 nights here - possibly wouldn't want anything longer but given we were out virtually all the time - excellent value, Would recommend for short stays.

Some issues

Convenient location at a reasonable price. When checking in we were given the key to someone elses room with all of their belongings still in the room. We were woken up by builders renovating a room. They were told the rooms next theirs were empty. Place was clean and the bed and pillows were comfortable.

Best value for Central London

Every time I travel to London, I use this hotel. Its location is terrific. The staff is friendly and engaging. The rooms are clean and affordable. The rooms are small, but if you are going into London to stay in your hotel room, you’ve gone for the wrong reason!

A reansbly price place to stay in the city

This hotel is great for reasonably priced room right in the centre of London with Lambeth north tube station across the road and Costa next door.But the hotel do a great coffee cheaper than Costa and quality of the coffee is good . Staff are also very polite and helpful
