This place is a dump, we couldn’t get in our room until 7:00 PM we started asking at 3:30 and each time we’re told just another 30 minutes, we were tired having had driven several hours. We finally got a run down room on the first floor, carpet frayed and stained, walls had peeling paint, missing molding, hair dryer didn’t work, nor did telephone that we were supposed to use to notify the front desk that we were checking out, no A/C so we had to leave the sliding door cracked for fresh air they should have comped us something for the late check in as we were over charged from the start for what you get. The location and proximity to the beach is great but in this shape it’s not worth it. My husband was told something about because we used Travelocity we got one of the worst rooms?

Family friendly

It’s an older property but very well maintained. The staff is absolutely amazing. They have fresh coffee and homemade chocolate chip cookies in the lobby. The breakfast in the morning is one of the best continental around. They have bikes to ride and a nice walking path to get to the beach

Property is in poor repair. Expedia led me yo believe the new restaurant and Tiki bar would be open. They were not. The exterior of property has rotted and decaying siding. The view was amazing.

Serving breakfast in mornings makes it easier ,having a lounge area for sitting outside with firepit and a volly ball place kids can play . Has a pool and hot tub makes it for a relaxing eveing especially with kids.

Stayed here with my family for the first time and I will be returning. Staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast is amazing with a little everything for everyone. I did not mark down for this as they are working on the hotel but the shower head could use replacing.

We arrived to parking lot closed for repaving with no prior notice. We checked in which was fine but went to our room and they had painted the railing with only had caution tape at the bottom of the stairs. My daughter’s shirt got paint all over it. The screen door was off in the room so tried to call front desk from phone and put on hold so walked down to the desk. They came and put it on but not so that we could open and use it. The standing fan was filled with dust. The pool area was ok. The breakfast was good but overall disappointed. I don’t think I will stay there again.
