Lots of traffic coming in and out of hotel and even normal things you expect in a hotel were either not available or subpar.

Eric, We are very sorry you weren't happy with your stay. While we have removed items from the rooms(pens, notebooks, laundry bags, etc). We do have these items available at the front desk upon request. All of our other amenities for example breakfast, pool & hot tub, etc are available for guest usage. We hope you will give us another chance next time you're in the area.
