Recently renovated, Surfview 1 boasts modern comforts, including a newly added Game Room in the basement for endless entertainment.

NOTE: The basement is only accessible through the outside porch and stairs. A NEW PICKLEBALL COURT (shared with Surfview 2 and 3), and a new private HOT TUB, have also been added to the outdoor space, perfect for unwinding after a day of coastal adventures. With a private beach path mere steps away and downtown Long Beach within easy reach, convenience meets luxury here.

Beach Access:
• Short walk to the beach on a private path
• Two miles to downtown Long Beach

Pets:
• Please declare your dogs. This home is Dog-Friendly for up to 4 well-behaved dogs
• $25 per dog per night cleaning charge, plus taxes.
• Dog kennel, medium sized dog bed, and dog blankets available
• Not declaring your dogs will result in a $500 fine per dog

• Parking for up to 4 cars
• Space to park boat or trailer in the grass
• No garage
• Public Parking for Long Beach is available along the Bolstad Beach Approach and in three large lots on Oregon Ave. S. between 3rd St SE and 5th St SE in Downtown Long Beach.
