Custom built town home seconds away from ocean and right on the famous Lewis and Clark Discovery Trail (9 miles long and paved). Wireless internet and cable included. Smart TVs with Netflix etc. Walk out the front door down the private drive and you are RIGHT downtown Long Beach, checkout our favorite restaurant and bar Castaways Seafood Grille and many other great joints. Walk out your back door and you are at the beach. This property sits right on the beautiful wood long beach Boardwalk, perfect for daily strolls. Great townhome!

This is a wonderful property, perfect location, well maintained! Would definitely recommend it. One thing worth mentioning is that there are a lot of stairs. Just got a bit of extra exercise!
