Private detached house on the top floor of a semi-detached chalet in hill above Porto Recanati.

On July 1, 2016, we inaugurated this new HOLIDAY HOUSE located about one and a half miles from the center of Porto Recanati, on the hill overlooking the small town, about 1500 meters from the beach (also agreed) of Porto Recanati and from the motorway A14 of Loreto - Porto Recanati. The property (called "Casale al Mare 2") is located on the first floor of a semi-detached villa with a splendid view on both a cliff of Porto Recanati and the famous Basilica Sanctuary of Santa Casa di Loreto. It is composed of an apartment of about 75 sqm. (living room open with dining area and kitchenette, one double bedroom - with the possibility of adding a camping bed for 0-3 years -, a bedroom with 1 single bed - and the possibility to add another - two bathrooms - one with bath and the other with shower -, a balcony and a large terrace of about 25 square meters on the back) with independent entrance, garden with barbecue. In all indoor environments (except bathrooms) there is air conditioning and the rooms are reached by free wi-fi signal. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, two furnaces (one combined ventilated and one microwave), a large refrigerator-freezer, lcd 45 "TV in living room and 21" in the master bedroom. It includes the supply of linens, towels, tablecloths and kitchen towels. The finishes are elegant and the furnishings are of high quality.
