Staff didn’t give us all the check-in info we needed so we kinda figured it along the way. Didn’t like that we had to pay for parking ($19/day), pool looked sad, seems like there was construction going on in our room because we noticed someone change the painter’s tape in our room when we got back. Breakfast was your average breakfast, kind staff there. Overall no complaints besides the staff coming into our room to do whatever they did although we had a “do not disturb” sign up & weren’t told beforehand that they were fixing whatever they needed in our room (changed painter’s tape).

excellent staff close to a grocery store. short drive to universal would stay there again

Hotel was fine, charged $19 for parking in a tandem parking lot in what I'd call a below-average neighborhood. Not entirely unsafe but we weren't exactly motivated to hang around or even walk across the street to the grocery store after dark. Decent breakfast setup and economical for what we needed as a family going to Universal Studios.

Good Stay

Location was okay. Staff was excellent, Zxy was very helpful. Parking was okay didn’t like the tandem parking, however, since my husband is disabled and need access to the truck of the car due to his wheelchair Zxy was very very accommodating. One complaint I request a shower chair via message when booking. No shower chair in the room. Would have been nice for a response that they wouldn’t have been able to accommodate request so I could have make other arrangements.
