Kitchen was great. However furniture was old and very uncomfortable and carpet was very old and dingy. Building was in good condition. Size was good. With better beds and new carpet or no carpet our stay would have been good.

November Stay

It was perfectly fine for what I needed. It was nothing special but just a quick walk to the convention center. I wish there was an additional tv in the bedroom area and a towel rack in the bathroom

Fair location and big unit with lots of room.

Wasn’t happy with the location bed or apartment. Was charged 160 for a fee(“dishes and amenities in the unit”)that should have been part of the rate.

Never again

All around terrible. Had to take a taxi to my room after check in. Shower had mold. Employee’s fob key stopped working and after many many calls and 8 hours later they got him into his room at 1:30am.

Surprise fees

The additional fees at check in are ridiculous. The room was moderately clean and furnishings were low quality.

HORRIBLE: After arriving, left & got a new hotel

Pros: Nothing, I did not stay here.
Cons: Everything. They need to be transparent that you need to travel over a mile to get your key, and they need staff to clean.
I booked this room because it appeared close to 2 blocks from the conference I was attending. The morning of check in, I got an email that their office had moved, and I would need to travel to a location almost a mile and a half away to get my key. Since I had no car, this required an expensive Uber through LA traffic. They didn't seem to understand the issue. I waited to my key while nothing worked since they just set up - the printer wasn't connecting, the computer was slow. I finally got my key and Uber'd, again, back to the original location. This all took about an hour. When I arrived, I opened my room door and walked into a room that looked like someone had just left. The bed sheets and comfortable were rumpled on the bed in a way that was clear someone had just flung them off themselves. Toilet paper was hanging off the bathroom, nothing clean. I called and they told me to go BACK to the office to sort it out, and after telling them there was no way I was paying for another Uber to fix this, I told them I wanted an immediate refund and I left the hotel.

DO NOT RENT FROM GINOSI APARTELS

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Horrible room, uncomfortable furniture, dirty as hell.
Where do I start, the rooms are filthy. The carpets had not been cleaned in years in addition to this there were pubic hairs throughout the bathroom. Aside from this, the mattresses on the beds are so hard I should have just slept on the floor. They advertise their rooms for $89 but the total for 2 nights with all the fees was $460. Aside from not getting a good deal, the unit is not livable. I asked for a full refund because I could not sleep all night and could not complete my stay. They have not refunded me yet!
