Too many homeless people shouting at you and throwing things around as soon as you step out the front door. Even though the swimming pool is on the second floor, you Will still hear all the homeless people shouting

The hot tub was good but jets were broken.

The staff was disinterested when trying to check in. The TV didn’t work in the room, had to call maintenance. There were no cups for the coffee maker. The room was very noisy, could hear people in room above. There was no self parking. We had to pay an extra 55.00 for valet parking. I can not recommend this hotel

Good Location & Amazing Customer Service

We stayed here one night for a little family trip. We loved the location as it is close to the third street promenade and a lot of restaurants. Girlfriend and kid loved the pool and the free morning breakfast. We decided to stay an extra night but stayed across the street at another hotel. We enjoyed or stay at the Hampton more! Did get accidentally charged for two vehicles for the overnight parking fee of $55 but called and received a refund. Would definitely come back next time I'm back in Santa Monica!
