Front desk Agent was not welcoming during check in process. Would’ve been nice to get a welcome or detail packaged about the property. Requested for sofa bed and pillows but only got it on the 3rd time calling/texting front desk. Also stepped on a tack on the bathroom and bedroom floor transition that held the carpet to the floor. Carpet was coming off off the track.

The hotel is well kept but our room was moist from the humidity in the room. That was literally the only negative. Everything else was great. There was breakfast in the morning, even a social gathering in the evening with food. Staff was approachable and nice. Checking in was easy and fast. Room was spacious and fit all 6 of us. My kids liked the basketball court. We will definitely return.

Unfortunately, cleanliness was an issue during my stay. The dishwasher was dirty with buildup, the shower had mold, and the hallway smelled unpleasant. A full deep cleaning of the property is definitely needed to improve the guest experience.

Property was great. Suites are perfect. Stayed 2 nights 3 days. When we arrived we noticed that our air conditioner was not working. We asked to move rooms but there were none available. Maintenance came out to try and fix it. Came back in the evening and was still very hot. Suffered all night. Complained again in the morning and maintainence returned. Still wasn't working. Asked to move again if there were any available. Our first room had amazing water pressure. 2nd room did not. Air conditioner was wonderful but horrible water pressure in the shower.
