We chose this property due to airport shuttle. The shuttle never came. We waited 90mins while calling them and they said another 10mins but never came. They then charged us an extra $40 usa a night from the Expedia quoted price. We asked about a good place a beer and dinner. They said 10mins down the road. We walked for an hour. No shops close. A lot better options the area. Give this one a miss.

Terrible experience - if you need a shuttle do not

I arrived in the evening. at 7pm. I chose this hotel becuase it was in close proximity (2 miles) to the LAX Airport to stay overnight to catch an early flight the next morning. It said to call the number to have the hotel shuttle come and get you once you get to the correct spot. Getting to the spot (arrivals level) was not too difficult. 50 minutes later the shuttle arrived. The front desk said it was a 3rd party service. I saw at least 100 shuttles go by and I called twice to get an update. Ugh. do not stay here if you need a shuttle. Then, for my 7am flight, the shuttle does not start until 6am - too late. Paid the $20 uber and will never come back.

The staff was professional and courteous. The property was clean and accessible. I stayed with my family of 4 and we had a good time. We loved that breakfast was provided, and the chefs did an amazing job. We were shocked when we did our research and saw that all the hotels in LA charged a parking fee. This hotel was one with the cheaper parking rate. We also, loved that it had a sofa bed, even though it was uncomfortable. Overall a good place to stay. Thank you Hyatt Place for making our stay a good one.

Did not have many lax shuttles and you have to call for one, they aren’t just roving. Hotel website said restaurant open til midnight but it closed at 10pm. My flight arrived at 9pm, and I was in front of building by 9:10, didn’t get to hotel til 10:15 (had to call a second time for the shuttle) and was told restaurant was closed and clerk suggested I walk nearly a mile away to in/out burger. This after a long flight at 10pm in an unfamiliar city and I have a bad ankle to boot. Would not stay here again.

Jo from front desk was exceptional. The hotel itself is terrific, in regards to modern amenities, comfort, condition etc The shuttle service is something that needs improvement, it appears without you calling, there is no way to get picked up. The other hotels offer regular pick up drop off service
