The staff was polite, professional, and eager to be helpful. I have ZERO complaints about them My only concern was the room (309). The room smelled of marijuana smoke when I arrived so I needed to air it out, the tub faucet had a constant drip, and the heater/AC wall unit was LOUD (and it couldn't be set to run constantly, so that wasn't an option). However, the location was good, the bed was comfortable, the room was clean and the housekeeping person did a terrific job.

No es un hotel es un motel, es super ruidoso no pude dormir bien se escucha hasta cuando cierran las puertas de lis auntos en parque, pasan de cada rato la sirena de policia y ambulancia, el lugar estaba viejo los muebles deteorados había mucho polvo, y mi hijo es alegico a los acaros de polvo, habia bolas de cabello en la area por la cama, el desayuno es terrible es el peor cafe que he tomado en mi vida sabia a viejo y lo unico que comimos fue el pan, y begol, la foto de comer que aprece no es deñ motel solo hay 2 mesas en la recepción para el desayuno, el primer dia un borracho casi se mete a nuestra habitación cuando hibamos de salida y no oo lo recomiendo para quedarce en familia se ven que se hospedan personas de mal proceder. El precio esta barato pero las condiciones esta tertibles, esta serca de los estudios universales Es el peor hotel que nos hemos quedado en los ultimo 6 años.

Siempre recomendamos visitar o contactar al front desk para solicitar ayuda, algunos cuartos están en mejor estado que otros, hablando con el front desk se pueden resolver la mayoría de las inconveniencia y siempre estamos listos para ayudarle, si es necesario simplemente le podemos cambiar de cuarto a otro que este en mejor estado y llegue a sus expectativas para asegurarle una mejor experiencia. El restaurante que se ensena en las fotos es muy reconocido por la cantidad de películas, shows y otros proyectos en los que ha salido, muchas veces les traemos a Hollywood aquí a su puerta. El hotel está siendo remodelado por dentro y por fuera en este momento, estamos aprovechando esta temporada baja para restaurar los muebles y cualquier otra cosa que sea necesario para brindarles una mejor calidad a nuestros huéspedes que nos visitan siempre de alrededor del mundo. Estamos un poco cerca de unos de los mejores hospitales de California Providence St Joseph hospital para ser exacto, no siempre se escuchan las sirenas pero es un trabajo muy crítico y necesario y les tenemos mucho respeto a los que lo asen.Siendo el manager del hotel por los últimos 7 anos, es imperativo para nosotros crear y mantener una locación muy segura para todos, tenemos cámaras en todas las áreas comunes, para ser proactivos asemos chequeos de seguridad y nos aseguramos que nadie este asiendo ruido excesivo, cuando alguien viola nuestras pólizas, nuestro equipo le pide que se valla y jamás los dejamos regresar, gracias a Dios tenemos por la mayor parte una buena calidad de huéspedes.En línea tenemos muchas fotos, unas de nosotros y otras de gente que nos ha visitado anteriormente para referencia y más que nada manejar sus expectativas. Siempre les agradecemos cuando nos dan la oportunidad de ayudarles así asegurando una mejore experiencia en cada visita.

It's not luxury, but it's clean, quiet and I felt safe. The breakfast and coffee were good and helped save money. This was a last minute business trip

Worth it

Just to sleep-was worth the money. Breakfast was better than most places. Very nice environment; quite and felt safe in the area. Rooms aren’t in horrible condition; but there is some stuff that is messed up here and there.

The drinks are complimentary throughout the day as long as the lobby is open, there are 2 bottles of water that are a welcoming gift the first night you arrive. We are working diligently to address those items that need attention, we are currently working on the exterior and interior of the rooms, we have some plans in mind that we know our guests will enjoy. The stay at the hotel was nice. Staff is friendly and the cleaning team was good. Only thing is i did have a weird smell in my room during but thats it the other rooms were smelling fine.
