Just OK — miss the old Crescent

The Crescent was better kept, and an actual hotel, before it was acquired by Sonder. I miss the staff and attention to cleanliness. The valet guys were honestly the best part of this stay — very welcoming and helpful. Also there was a problem with my thermostat that was never resolved. Great location though if you need to be in BH and stay affordably.

Room was not ready when I arrived 45 minutes after check-in time. Then there was a maintenance issue which caused a room change. Property seems run-down in general.

So long as you don’t need to shower or sleep, the property is great. The street noise and interior noise is sleep prohibitive, but the worst part is that our room was 83 degrees and we couldn’t control it except thru a wall ac that didn’t cool it down. They control temp at front desk! The shower looked too dirty to use. Don’t stay here.

Didn't like the absence of a key to the room. Hated using codes instead. Give people keys. There will no problems then. Thank you.
