Come to Los Cabos and enjoy a stress-free vacation under the Baja Sun. This luxurious and spacious (1906 square feet), 2 bedroom, 2 bath, beachfront condo is situated in the Playa building of Las Mañanitas. Every room in the condo has stunning views of the Sea of Cortez. Our unit is fully furnished and designer appointed, offering you every luxury. FREE WIRELESS INTERNET and FREE NETFLIX and APPLE TV INCLUDED!!!

The beautiful master bedroom features a king sized bed with designer down comforter and bedding and private bathroom with double sinks, Jacuzzi tub, and separate shower. This room features large sliding glass doors with black-out curtains. There is a safe provided in the master bedroom to keep your valuables protected. There is also a small sitting area in the master bedroom where you can relax.

The second bedroom has 2 queen sized beds with designer down comforters and bedding and its own full bathroom with double sinks. Enjoy views of Palmilla Point from bed through large glass doors, complete with black-out curtains. There is also a full sized sofa-bed in the living-room if required.

The Living Room and Guest Room feature flat screen televisions with American Dish Network. The living room also features a Blu-Ray/DVD player featuring FREE NETFLIX. For your listening pleasure, there is a deluxe audio system in the living room and out on the private balcony where you can enjoy 4th floor panoramic views from Punta Gorda to Palmilla Point while sitting at our custom granite bar top.

We feature 2 dining areas to entertain and gather for family meals. Enjoy eating in the beautiful dining room at a copper topped table that can seat up to 6 or take your meals out to our balcony dining table for 6. For a special treat we can help you arrange to have a private chef come in and prepare a gourmet meal for you and your guests.

The living-room and dining areas are very spacious. The kitchen is fully-equipped and features all brand new STAINLESS STEEL APPLIANCES as well as a state of the art coffee maker and large blender for your margaritas! There is a laundry room inside the unit and we provide the detergent for you. The large patio, featuring a beautiful granite countertop, overlooks the pools and hot tub area, the beach, and the sea.

Everything is provided from dishes to beach towels. We have a set of GOLF CLUBS for your use at some of the finest golf clubs around! There is a SURF BOARD, a large supply of beach and pool toys, wet suits, snorkeling equipment, etc for your enjoyment. Our goal is to make your holiday a pleasant and relaxing experience!

** If you are traveling with small children or infants, we provide a folding crib, Moses basket and bouncer to make your load lighter!

Séjour fabuleux ! Tout est présent pour passer d'excellentes vacances !

L'appartement est spacieux, trÚs bien agencé, décoré et équipé, parfaitement conforme à l'annonce. La grande terrasse a une vue directe sur la trÚs grande piscine et la mer avec possibilité de prendre son petit déjeuner face à une vue incroyable. AccÚs direct à la plage. Commerces à proximité ainsi que le centre de la trÚs jolie ville de San José del Cabo. Tout est parfait. Je recommande vivement. Stéphanie B.

Spectacular Condo in Cabo

We spent Memorial Day weekend at Nina's condo in Cabo. It was beautiful. Large balcony looking out over the pool and ocean. Well appointed with everything you need if you want to cook in. Beach towels, beach chairs and everything else you can imagine. We hope to go back.

Home Away From Home

We were very pleased with our stay at Las Mananitas. This was our second stay at this complex, and would highly recommend it to people who are looking for quiet accommodation. Nina was quick to respond to any of our inquiries. The kitchen was well equipped for any meals we prepared. Would definitely like to stay again.

A Perfect Stay

The moment we walked into this unit we could see the amazing view! The unit was fully equipped with everything we needed inside, poolside, and on the beach. The complex has a selection of pools. The complex is very quiet and immaculately cared for. There are a few grocery stores in walking distance. There are many excellent places to eat. For a casual beach experience go to Zipper’s. For a traditional Mexican meal you must try Jazmin’s. For a terrific Italian meal try Come a Casa! Will definitely book at this complex again. Thank you Nina for hosting us!

Beautiful and comfortable condo!

This is a wonderful condo with amazing views! It is very comfortable and beautifully decorated. My husband and I were there with our son and daughter-in-law and our 1 year old granddaughter. It is well laid out for privacy in the bedrooms, with a lot of room in the living areas, and a large patio. The complex is very well maintained, with lovely pools. And you walk right out to the beach! The condo has beach towels, chairs, and toys for your use. Check-in is very easy and the host is very responsive. Highly recommend!

We love Nina’s condo

Location is perfect if you enjoy the quiet of everything San Jose has to offer. Easy to find groceries.. we prefer Fresko and it has everything we need. Las Mananitas is easy to find. Just pop Hyatt Place into your Nav and you’re there. Toll from the airport is $2.60 USD so have change. Rent your car from Cactus. San Jose has the best restaurants, shopping and vibe. I think we’ve been to Nina’s like 5 times. Everything is great

Glorious!

Las Mananitas is a wonderful property - right by the beach, amazing water views directly from our rooms, walking distance to grocery stores and restaurants. In specific, our room was just perfect for us, it enjoys afternoon shade on and the most glorious view of the water from every window. The pools were exceptionally clean and we made great use of the swim up bar for our own family's refreshments (loved the ice maker and the fridge!) Our room had a very well-stocked full kitchen and dishwasher which made living very convenient. It was lovely to have so much space - 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms plus the living room and kitchen and deck. There were so many places to hang out! The grounds are kept meticulously. Our host was extremely responsive and helpful. We absolutely LOVED this property and highly recommend it.

The property is great and clean. I wish the beach was swimmable but that is Cabo for you. Red flags were up all 7 days in front of the property and the waves gigantic.
