The facilities were gorgeous. I loved the layout of the resort. The beds were comfortable but I will say the rooms could use a little updating. They were clean and our view in our ocean front room was beautiful. I liked that that there was only 8 rooms in our building and they put us right next to the other group we traveled with. The food was really good, not everyone there was all inclusive since part of the resort in time shares and if you aren’t all inclusive the food and drink prices are steep! I’ve never stayed at an all inclusive like this before where you have to get and sign a ticket each time and mark the price you would have paid if you weren’t all Inclusive. I wasn’t sure if 15% was expected as a tip or what the protocol was in this instance. The buffet for our family of 4 would have $150 and I never have tipped more than $5-10 for a buffet at other all inclusive resorts that is my only real complaint.

Excellent hardworking staff, especially Guadeloupe and and Allen at the pool, Imer and Johnathan at some of the restaurants, and Angel at the Sports Bar. There are many more staff that went out of their way to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Room was clean. The grounds are spectacular and well maintained. We did get the timeshare presentation but they weren’t overly pushy. Food was excellent and there was some type of entertainment every night that ended by 9:30-10 pm, which was appreciated because our room was right above the courtyard. Only negative was you needed to get up early and reserve a pool lounge chair to have the best ocean view.

The property was amazing! Loved the classic style and the gorgeous patio overlooking the water. The staff were outstanding. Had lots of fun with the whole entertainment team- shout out to Raziel, Galilea, and Andrei just to name a few! The food was fantastic too! Really enjoyed the Queen show. I would definitely return.

This is a great resort with lots of amenities. Geared more for adults but has plenty of stuff to do for kids as well. Do all inclusive, the kids club is free where you can leave them there and pick them up later they do fun activities for kids to keep them busy throughout their time there. There are 6-7 pools, hot tubs.. the resort is shared with time share and general public who can rent room without all inclives plan but it is a great resort. Food is surprisingly good for am all inclusive. All restaurants have different food and it all tastes really good. The view from the breakfast buffet area is breathtaking. You can enjoy sunrise views while taking in your breakfast. Plenty of pool chairs and beach towels available at all times. There are small pools with water about 1 ft deep only for you to take your newborns in there. Great resort and definitely recommend it.

It was okay experience for all inclusive. We had to sign everywhere. Food choice is less compare to other all inclusive resorts i been. Can’t swim on beach so it is only good for a walk. Pools are awesome but poolside bar service is very slow. Tomatoes buffet is a joke. Same menu each day for breakfast and dinner and not to forget you still have to wait for a table and service is very very slow. Do NOT book for all inclusive. There are more likely for time share people.
