Casa Hola Mar is the perfect place for a relaxing holiday. The 82 m² rooftop terrace offers sun and shade all year round, letting you enjoy an uninterrupted 180-degree view of the sea. The 88 m² apartment has been completely renovated and newly furnished. The fully equipped kitchen, featuring a dishwasher and a combination microwave/oven, leaves nothing to be desired. Two bedrooms (one with TV) accommodate four guests and can be darkened with blinds. The bathroom with underfloor heating is accessible from both bedrooms and has a washbasin on each side of the shower. There is also a guest WC with an additional washbasin.



A home office workspace allows you to work comfortably with high-speed fiber optic Wi-Fi. The extendable sofa and 4K TV invite you to relax in the living room. Electric blinds protect the room from heat. The air conditioning can be used for cooling in summer and heating in winter. The rooftop terrace is furnished with a seating area, sun loungers, an electric awning, and a parasol. The washing machine and an extra fridge are in the storage room.



The apartment is equipped with an alarm system for security when unoccupied. During your stay, the system is switched off and cameras are covered—your privacy is very important to us.
