"When first checking in, we were given a room that was already occupied, we had to go back to reception to get a new room. It was a little scary that we had access to a room that was already occupied. Our room was freezing, air conditioning was on and unable to turn off. Staff said heat was turned off and nothing they could do. No extra blankets as everyone was complaining that their rooms were cold. Shower stall is very small and waterhead is very low...had to duck to shower. Our room didn't lock, we went to complain to front desk and they said that is an issue, usually with low battery and they would send a handyman but they never did. Don't leave any valuables in your room!!!! Otherwise room was generally clean and good size fridge"

"One complaint that I have is that the air conditioning unit in the bedroom was very noisy. It was noisy enough to affect my sleeping and we were there for three nights. In the “living room”, it was hard to get an acceptable “temperature”. Otherwise, the whole room was clean and well “equipped”. Every morning, the breakfast was good but there was no cheese in the “sandwich” despite the fact that it was supposed to have some. We parked the car in the basement and there could have been more “information” to know the location of the “good” elevator to access the higher levels."

"Room was old. couch and shower were dirty. Room had ants for all 3 days meaning no one swept at all the whole time. Room with kitchenette but no utensils provided or soap to wash dishes"
