"Breakfast had a decent spread . Staff for house keeping never showed up for days. Then on check out they wanted extra 20 dollars to clean a towel. I have stayed all over the world and have never heard of this. The manager was and staff demanded this fee and were extremely rude. The other facilities in the property are well below par. I would recommend Pullman . After this stay our company has decided to put all our staff at Pullman instead . They have a lovely pool and excellent ambience ."

"It took them 2 hours to check us in after a 22 hours flight, and telling us to pay extra because the price we booked with online was not accurate according to the receptionist the room was full of dust everywhere, the shower door wasn't working properly, and they are cockroach in the room, wifi was not working properly at all. I won't recommend this place to anyone. While booking it says it includes one way from the airport to the hotel or from the hotel to the airport. But they are not respecting what they said and accomplished them. They don't do proper maintenance at all "
