Nice Apartment for stay in Lucca

Great spot to enjoy Lucca. This apartment is located on a dead end street so the stay was very quiet. I stayed here for roughly 9 days and was able to move around easy. Ester was great and easy to get ahold of, makes this even better after a long days travel getting to Lucca from the States.

Die Lage entsprach nicht ganz der Beschreibung. Um in die Stadt zu gelangen ist ein Auto oder Bus empfehlenwert. Die Wohnung war großzĂŒgig geschnitten, die Ausstattung war insgesamt gut. Das "Bett" war eine aus mehreren Teilen zusammengesetzte Schlafmöglichkeit mit alten, dĂŒnnen Matratzen. Bei der SchlĂŒsselĂŒbergabe mussten wir auf die Vermieterin warten, bei der Abreise ist sie leider trotz Verabredung nicht erschienen und hat auf SMS und Anruf nicht reagiert.

The walk to town will keep you fit

The property had all we required for our 10 day break. Good aircon and peaceful location. It was further from the town than we had anticipated and maybe we should have made more use of the bus rather than walking. Better directions to the property would be of benefit. If the owner had not been there to talk us in, I doubt we would have found it. To a foreigner, the mattress shop is not obviously a mattress shop until you have driven past it a few times and the turn off to the property is before the shop, which is well set back. A map showing the road to the property in relation to the Roundabout before and after it and the Barbers Club, might be more useful. All in all a good property ideal for our break

Die Wohnung hat voll und ganz unseren Vorstellungen entsprochen

Bei Ankunft hat uns Ester bereits zum vereinbarten Zeitpunkt erwartet. Sowohl die Übernahme als auch die RĂŒckgabe verliefen reibungslos. Ester ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung war gut ausgestattet. Die KĂŒche hatte alles, was benötigt wird. Unter anderem eine elektrische Kaffeemaschine, was in Italien nicht ĂŒberall gegeben ist. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Es war sehr ruhig, da die Wohnung in einer kleinen Seitenstraße vor dem Ortskern liegt. Lucca konnten wir gut zu Fuß erreichen. Die Stadt selbst ist sehr schön. Pisa, Livorno, sind in der NĂ€he und gut zu erreichen. Die etwas weiteren Urlaubsziele Florenz, La Spezia sind am einfachsten mit der Bahn zu erreichen. Die Bahntickets waren sehr gĂŒnstig. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen, dazu hat die Unterkunft mit beigetragen. Sollten wir die Gegend nochmal ansteuern, wissen wir, wo wir unsere Wohnung buchen.

Moderne, helle , komfortable Wohnung in Lucca

Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet, mit allem was man so braucht. Alles war sauber und aufgerĂ€umt. Klimaanlage haben wir nicht gebraucht, dafĂŒr morgens und Abends mal die Heizung. Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstrasse, der eigene Parkplatz ist mit einer Schranke gesichert. SupermĂ€rkte sind in der NĂ€he, eine Buslinie fĂ€hrt in wenigen Minuten ins Zentrum und zum Bahnhof. Guter Ausgangspunkt um weitere Ziele in der Toskana zu besuchen. In der Wohnung liegen auch einige Prospekte und Tips fĂŒr Ausflugsziele in der NĂ€he. Die Wohnung liegt in der 1. Etage. Vom Balkon hat man einen Blick ĂŒber den Parkplatz und zwischen den Hausern hinduch auf einige Felder. Man hat einen eigenen WLAN DSL Router, die Verbindung ist ausreichend schnell um Serien zu gucken etc. In der Wohnung gibt es einen Adapter von den italienischen Steckdosen auf deutsche Schuko-Steckdose, Euro-Stecker wie z.B. Handy LadegereĂ€te passen auch so in die italienischen Steckdosen. Wir haben uns ingesamt sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt in der Wohnung.

Lovely Stay in Lucca

Ester could not have been nicer or more helpful! apartment is just as shown in the photos if not nicer in person. Little touches such as herbs growing on the balcony, games for the kids to play were the icing on the cake. Very convenient for us to have a car park at the apartment, it's a bit of a walk to the centre of Lucca but otherwise perfect for our family of four.

Familienurlaub in der Toskana

Wir haben einen fantastischen Pfingsturlaub in der Toskana verbracht. Die schöne und saubere Wohnung, bestens ausgestattet, bietet ausreichend Platz fĂŒr zwei Erwachsene und zwei Kinder. Sie liegt außerhalb der Stadt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Die Piazza San Michelle im Zentrum von Lucca kann man zu Fuß in 25 min erreichen. Supermarkt und BĂ€cker sind zu Fuß etwa 10 min entfernt. Lucca selbst ist ein zudem idealer Ausgangspunkt fĂŒr AusflĂŒge nach Pisa und Florenz. Das Meer (Viareggio) und die Berge (Monte Pisani, Apuanische Alpen) sind ebenfalls leicht zu erreichen (Zug, Auto). Ester haben wir als hilfsbereite und freundliche Vermieterin erlebt. Wir können einen Aufenthalt auf jeden Fall empfehlen!! Thomas

Wir erlebten einen tollen und erholsamen Urlaub, den wir sicher nicht vergessen werden... Die Ferienwohnung ist wirklich super schön und es ist alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit gewesen! Die Wohnung war sauber und komplett ausgestattet, es war alles vorhanden, was man fĂŒr einen Urlaub braucht. Wir haben jeden Tag das FrĂŒhstĂŒck auf der Terasse genossen, vorallem aber die Ruhe war sehr angenehm. Die Wohnung liegt in einer Seitenstraße. Die Klimananlage in der Wohnung war bei den heißen Temperaturen sehr angenehm. Von hier aus haben wir Lucca, Pisa, Siena, San Gimignano und Florenz erkundet. Das Meer war 30 km entfernt (Viareggio), aber mit dem Auto kein Problem. Die Herzlichkeit unserer Vermieterin war enorm. Wir wĂŒnschen ihr und ihrer Familie alles erdenklich Gute. Wir werden diese Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen und vielleicht auch mal wieder kommen. Vielen Dank nochmals fĂŒr alles! Petra & Jörg
