Awful!!! We booked and paid for the room. Arrived at night. A very angry woman, settled us in a windowless room ... Rain, night, cold. Bedding was not given. We slept in a coat because of terrible cold in room... Breakfast was paid, but no one offered it to us ... Terrible service!

Bust street - un-happy host!

Was on a busy street. The host seemed to have the TV on maximum volume at all times. Found her to be a little grumpy. Breakfast and eating facilities were very very poor.

Cosy, cute and great location

We had the top floor, cosy and private. Short walk to restaurants and not too far to the centre of town to explore. Beautiful place and nice and quiet after 2 weeks in big cities.

Struttura carina a 1,5 km circa dalle mura di Lucca. Forse solo un po' rumorosa per via dell'adiacente strada (almeno la camera in cui abbiamo dormito noi), ma nulla di insopportabile. Colazione ottima e abbondante. Prezzo super.

Wir hatten bereits Monate zuvor gebucht, doch als wir nach einem Tag Fahrt ankamen, waren unsere Zimmer anderweitig vergeben. Daher können wir die Sauberkeit etc. gar nicht beurteilen, da wir die Unterkunft überhaupt nicht zu Gesicht bekommen haben. Immerhin hat uns die Dame am Empfang geholfen, eine alternative Unterkunft zu ähnlichem Preis, allerdings ohne Frühstück, zu finden. Note "ungenügend" bezieht sich also vor allem auf das Portal Expedia.de, denn offensichtlich ist unsere Buchung nicht beim Betreiber von Emma B&B angekommen.

Ho prenotato una camera gia' occupata

La vostra piattaforma consente di prenotare in overbooking, la camera risultava libera, quando in realta' il B&B era tutto prenotato. La proprietaria mi ha scritto dopo alcune ore dalla prenotazione per avvisarmi che la camera era occupata. M sono dovuto organizzare di conseguenza. Pessimo biglietto da visita per il vostro portale.

Première impression très positive, petite maison typique, très jolie avec petit jardin à l'arrière. Nous étions logés sous les toits, 1ere impression à l'arrivée dans la chambre positive au début vite négative car forte odeur de moisie, alors que la propriétaire avait juste à aérer et mettre des bougies. Salle de bain pas du 1er âge mais propre, pas de savon (bon nous avions pas très grave,mais des petits échantillons auraient été un plus ) 3 lits mais 2 pouvaient être utilisés l'autre non (nos 2 enfants on dormi dans le même lit, bon pas très grave non plus mais dommage). Petit déjeuner correcte.

Rimbalzati da un B&B ad un altro

Per errori di gestione di prenotazione da parte loro, ci hanno fatto alloggiare in un B&B loro partner a qualche centinaio di metri di distanza: nel cambio ci abbiamo rimesso sicuramente in qualità (e non avevamo grosse pretese). Struttura a malappena passabile, anche per un posto economico. Oltretutto abbiamo scoperto lì che la colazione era servita in un terzo B&B, distante anch'esso qualche centinaio di metri. Osperienza direi proprio lontana dall'essere ottima, visto anche che nei tre giorni di soggiorno ha piovuto e e nevicato, e nei festivi e serali niente autobus. Consiglio di spendere qualcosina in più e alloggiare in un hotel in centro.

Vi gjorde nog fel när vi bokade. Priset var ju bra. Men vi ville ha privat badrum och inte bo vid en så traffikerad väg. Samt att vi skulle vilja ha pool. För det var väldigt varmt! Vill man ha ett billigt boende så är det nog ok

Quando siamo arrivati al B&B abbiamo trovato chiuso e abbiamo dovuto aspettare per una quarantina di minuti prima che arrivasse la titolare. E non abbiamo fatto la colazione perché lasciava a desiderare

Laut und nicht in Altstadtnähe

Die Besitzer sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Zustand der Zimmer, Sauberkeit und Qualität des Frühstücks sind gemäß italienischem Standard in dieser Preiskategorie oder sogar darüber. Von der Beschreibung hatten wir gedacht, die UNterkunft wäre näher an der Altstadt. Vermutlich haben wir das falsch verstanden und sind so doch mit dem Auto rein gefahren. Das größte Manko ist ganz klar die Lautstärke. Das B&B liegt direkt and einer stark befahrenen Straße. An ruhigen und friedlichen Schlaf ist nicht zu denken.

La casa è da poco ristrutturata ma manca qualche piccola accortezza. Tenete presente che è un po' distante dalle mura (circa 25/30 min. a piedi)
