The apartment is spacious and very clean!!! Most of all it is an EXCELLENT location, in the center of everything! The communication with the host was excellent and they were very responsive when our hairdryer went on the blink; We had a replacement in several hours. Lovely stay

This is a lovely and comfortable apartment in the heart of Lucca. The kitchen was fully equipped to be able to prepare meals if desired. The bed was very comfortable. We were steps away from everything we needed, including groceries, coffee and amazing restaurants. The train station was a 5-10 minute walk from the apartment. Cristina was very helpful, even sharing her favorite restaurant recommendations. I can’t wait to return!

Lovely apartment

Perfect location and Christina was a great communicator both pre and at check in. Great kitchen, living area and bedroom. Balcony is not really useable - rusted old table, the dryer part of the washer dryer doesn’t work and the shower really needs some attention - shower head not properly attached - saw feedback on this from over a year ago which hasn’t been followed up on obviously.

Great location , nice and spacious with fab air con. Nice comfy bed and lots of storage. Good communication with Ciara. Nice secure apartment. Shower is in need of replacing also toilet roll holder/brush. The furniture on the balcony is a little tired.
