The property is very pretty and well kept. Food was nothing spectacular and service in most areas was lacking. Italian restaurant food took a really long time to be brought out and was just like warm, steak house food was is but again not really all that hot for the time we had to wait to be served. We did love the JapaneseAsian restaurant, Food and service at this restaurant was the best we got in any food area. No pool side service for drinks and shows were not that great. No drink service at shows. Bars were hard to find and many of the general buffets and bars had hours listed online in their app but they weren’t up to date each day. Several times it would say open but you would go and it was closed. Tropical drinks were only served at pool bars and when the pools were closed you were left to find a bar that was open but could any get drinks on the rocks or mixed drinks no tropical drinks. Pool bars never stirred the drinks and used premixed mixers so alcohol was all at the top of the drink. Overall was not what I expected based on other chains with all inclusive we have been too. They really try to push you to join their “club” so you can get all the full services you would expect for what you paid for your room as a non member.

Very Slow Check-in. Pool was freezing cold. Food and rooms were OK. Nice Superbowl Party. Workers lack motivation

The property was beautiful. The staff was very nice for the most part. The food was not very good, they did have a jerk shack on the beach that was edible but other then that, not the place to stay if your going for the food. However if you are planning on booking through Expedia or other third party here are a few things to know. Getting to the hotel from the airport is up to you, the hotel will not help you with this. You have to book a shuttle on your own for a extra cost. We used kiuki tours they did a good job and they have a tour desk right at the hotel which made it easy to set up the return trip to the airport or any excursions. If you are booking more then one room don't expect them to be close to each other, not even in the same building. I had booked 9 months in advance, when I called them they said they could not take requests until a week in advance. When I called back they told me they would make a note but it would be based on availability. When we arrived we were put in building 11 while the other room was in building 16. I came to find out if your not a member of their "time share" your requests for rooms will not be made. Overall we had a amazing time with there big pools, private beach, and nightly activities or just relaxing on our rooms balcony we always found something fun to do.

This resort property is located on beautiful private beaches. The pools are amazing and staff very kind and friendly. The rooms are spacious and beds very comfortable. We have stayed here twice and would highly recommend an ocean view room. Where there are many restaurant options, good luck getting a reservation. The ap only allows you to book 2 days prior from noon to 3. After learning this I checked my phone exactly at noon just to find out there was no availability. When I talked to guest services I was told groups of 10 get to reserve in advance. I did not see any groups of 10 dining yet the restaurants were full? Guest services booked for us following the same guidelines in the ap with a 9:45 reservation, which is super late for our 2 teens to wait for dinner. When we got to the restaurant we were the only table in the dining room. This happend twice during our stay. The 2nd night another guest told us to check in with the restaurant to see if we could get in early which helped but it was still 9pm. Overall I would rate the food a 4 out of 5. Since our last visit 7 years ago a lot of maintenance is needed. The fountains were out of service, jack hammering at the pool, and a light fixture fell from the ceiling almost landing on another guest just seconds after we walked under it. I would have rated higher if it weren't for the inconvenience of reserving and maintenance. This is a very nice place to stay and the staff is fabulous.
