I chose the option to pay once i arrived at the property, only to find my card charged before i even reached the property. Then i was charged an additional $250 with no explanation or any receipt of the transaction. I only became aware of the charges when i looked at my bank statement. BEWARE.

The staff was helpful and did all they could to help make our stay the best they could be. I understand when a property is undergoing renovations but when there are substantial inconveniences (only 1 entrance, ice at front desk because no machines operating, outdated suite accommodations, limited breakfast offerings ect.) I don’t feel the pricing reflects the level of accommodations and will definitely shop my options better in the future.

Room was spacious and wonderfully decorated! Bed was extremely comfortable! Bathroom was big and well laid out. Only drawback was the shower head. Very low pressure. Will definitely come back!
