On the ground floor, a bright and inviting living and sleeping area features 1 double sofabed measuring 160 cm, complemented by a Scandinavian wood stove and satellite TV with access to international channels. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and flows naturally into a dining area, with direct access to the terrace. A shower room with bidet and WC completes the ground floor. On the upper floor, the first bedroom is furnished with 1 double bed measuring 160 cm and also benefits from its own exit to the terrace, while the second bedroom is fitted with 1 set of bunk beds measuring 80 cm, ideal for younger guests. A second shower room with bidet and WC serves the upper floor. The property benefits from 2 terraces, one of 20 m2 and one of 15 m2, both furnished with terrace furniture and deck chairs for 4, as well as a dedicated sitting area, all enjoying a panoramic view of the sea, the mountains, and the resort.
