Breakfast was good, a few added varieties would make it better. Staff was very friendly. I had a late check, front door was locked, side service window was closed. There wasn’t a sign to tell me how to get in. I had to find a way to grab someone’s attention to let me in. To my surprise, I found the rooms very equally spacious – not too big and not too small. Very efficient. Its color schemes are good to the eye. I couldn’t ask for a better room. (Thumbs up) normally when I think of Microtel, I think of the tiny rooms that Microtel has. The room size surprised me. I would stay here and other locations again.

The staff are always amazing You can tell the shower heads have caused a lot of water damage since last year that I was there Both times different rooms and the same issue. Too much water pressure and it literally gets everywhere Odd thing to say but you can tell the water has damaged the walls and caused mold to grown on the bathroom ceilings.

Refrigerator is not cold and has no freezer. Rebecca refused to put my ice packs in the hotel freezer. I will have to toss the food that I am traveling with or risk food poisoning. The pillows are flat. The hotel is not providing the breakfast that was supposed to be included in the cost. I used to enjoy staying at Microtels but this experience changed my opinion.

Both the front desk is staff, and the housekeeping staff are friendly, helpful, and very efficient in every respect that I needed including at 3 AM one night. This hotel was excellent. It was very clean. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were spacious. The service was wonderful, every staff person we interacted with were extremely friendly and helpful, especially Addy and Nick.

Television was not working. Notified front desk. Was informed system was down. We left the next day, television still didn’t work. The Toilet was running water all night. We notified front desk was told someone will yell maintenance the next day. No one came to check or solve the problems. We really couldn’t sleep due to the toilet making noise. Very dissatisfied.
