Café da manhã salvou a estadia. Quando fiz a reserva me informaram que seria um quarto com janela que dava para ver a praia não era de frente para o mar, mas dava a entender que tinha ventilação vindo da janela que daria para uma outra rua.Porém quando chegamos ao quarto a janela dava para um fosso cheio de ar condicionado. Eu nunca fiquei em um quarto tão abafado, com cheiro de mofo, sem nenhuma ventilação, o banheiro também tinha a janela para o mesmo fosso, banheiro encardido, tinha mofo na janela. A iluminação tanto do quarto quanto do banheiro é péssima, não dava nem para se maquiar direito e dava ainda mais sensação de calabouço, como era desagradável ficar no quarto, chegou me dar mal estar. Decepcionada com o hotel.

Quarto muito bom, hotel muito bom. Um detalhe deixou a desejar: o sistema hidráulico do hotel necessita melhorias. Durante o uso dos chuveiros, a água sobe rapidamente, formando poças durante o banho (6ºandar; imagino que nos andares inferiores seja pior). No mais, atendimento excelente.

Box do wc com vazamento. Arrumação do quarto ruim. Elevadores não atendem ao subsolo. Fizeram reposição de água no frigobar, de hóspedes anteriores, e lançaram em minha reserva. Cobram tx de turismo, e não sabem se há ou não fundamentações legais. Ficamos hospedados no primeiro andar, onde toda fumaça de frituras do restaurante no térreo nos atingian, e a recepção alegou que nunca houveram reclamações. Funcionários no geral, sempre gentis.

Utilizei muito esta rede de hotéis de 2019 a 2022, inclusive a unidade da Praia do Francês. A de Maceió desta vez foi uma decepção. Hóspedes entrando pedalando bicicletas e as estacionando no saguão principal; infraestrutura de camareiras incapaz de dar conta da ocupação total em função do carnaval; toalhas velhas e comida ruim se comparadas as de anos atrás. Recepcionistas sem experiência. A localização é a melhor de Maceió, mas precisam melhorar o atendimento para voltar a ser um bom hotel.

Ficamos no quarto 612, vista lateral ao mar. Hotel estava lotado. O estacionamento é pequeno, se estiver lotado tem que estacionar em outra localidade. Gostamos do café da manhã. Bem completo.
