Estacionamento no local , facil , café da manhã bom , funcionários cordiais e conseguiram adiantar meu check-in para 12:30 hs, meu quarto tinha uma sacadinha com vista para o mar, unica dificuldade é dormir com o ar condicionado em cima da cama e direcionado para o corpo ( cabeça e tronco ) durante a noite a solução é só ventilação

O hotel tem ótima estrutura. Os profissionais são excelentes e super educados. A comida boa, mas não deixa a marca da culinária alagoana. O pecado se deu pelo defeito no ar condicionado e tivemos que dormir com ventilador. No mais, gostei de estar lá!

Hotel bom

Cardápio do café era bom, padrão de todos os hotéis. Quarto padrão, confortável, ar-condicionado e chuveiro elétrico funcionando direitinho, TV samsung um pouco antiga e pequena. Móveis antigos, mas funcional. Estacionamento rotativo na calçada do hotel, descoberto, a localização é perfeita, fiquei 1 final de semana e todas as vezes só tinha 1 vaga sobrando.

hotel muito ruim

fachada do hotel ate chamativa, mas internamente muito precário. Paredes sujas, frigobar enferrujado, elevador deu pane com hóspedes dentro. Recepcionista sem educação, grosso e não tinha o mínimo de habilidade para lidar com publico. Café da manhã muito fraco, sem opções, 8h da manhã ja não tinha nada de bom, so os restos de comida. Enfim, não volto, não gostei e não recomendo

Hotel bom dependendo do que se procura em nivel de estada em Maceió. O melhor é a Localização que é excelente. 30 m da praia de Ponta Verde. O café da manhã é simples mas não decepciona. O quarto é pequeno mas tem cama e travesseiros confortáveis. Ar condicionado novo. Atendimento dos integrantes do Hotel excelente, sempre solicitos nas informações.

Equipe muito atenciosa e prestativa. Café da manhã simples, porém, atende ao esperado. Quarto amplo, armário pequeno, bom colchão, pequena mesa de trabalho. Chuveiro elétrico, mas proporciona banho razoável. Banheiro confortável, lavatório pequeno, desproporcional à bancada, tornando desconfortável a ação de lavar o rosto/mãos, escovar dentes, etc. Muito poucas vagas disponíveis para estacionar (7 vagas), caso contrário, resta estacionar na Rua.

Funcionários educados e prestativos O elevador não estava funcionando, o café fraco demais e as quatro tomadas do quarto estavam sem energia, pra carregar o celular tive que tirar a tomada do frigobar ou usar a do banheiro.

A localização do hotel era boa e só isso que valeu a pena, porque o quarto faltava manutenção, a aba de ajuste do ar condicionado estava quebrado, o Box do banheiro duro demais para puxar, o elevador estava inoperante e só fomos avisamos no momento do check in, no café da manhã apesar da variedade, todos os assados estavam frios. Deixou muito a desejar e não voltarei mais. Minha mãe tem desgaste nas cartilagens e ficou no 3º andar, tendo que subir e descer escadas o tempo todo, se tivéssemos sido avisados do problema com o elevador antes, teríamos cancelado e nos programado para outra hospedagem, mas só avisaram quando chegamos, isso é inadmissível. O estacionamento é descoberto e rotativo, se você chega e já está com todas as vagas preenchidas, fica sem.
