A estrutura do hotel é incrível e isso torna a experiência muito boa! Quarto excelente, cama, travesseiros, tudo impecável! O café da manhã é bom! Bem variado. As piscinas do hotel são incríveis. Academia bem equipada. Já sabia que o hotel estava em soft opening mas ainda assim a equipe está muito aquém do que o padrão do hotel promete. Falta organização e cordialidade dos funcionários. Eu já havia lido alguns comentários assim mas não imaginei que isso seria muito evidente e que interferiria tanto na nossa estadia. Em minha chegada desci com 3 idosas do carro e nenhum dos dois funcionários na porta nos ajudaram, ficaram apenas olhando e aguardando descermos as malas. Não nos disponibilizaram quarto com acessibilidade, apesar de ser obrigatório por Lei, a acomodação para PCD não estava disponível. O check-in demorou bastante, apesar de 3 funcionários estarem fazendo a tarefa ao mesmo tempo, foi uma confusão clara. Os três ocupados em nosso check-in enquanto outros hóspedes esperavam para atendimento. Optamos por almoçar no restaurante em nossa chegada e foi igualmente caótico. Estávamos em 6 pessoas e os pratos chegaram em 4 levas diferentes, sendo que uma carne que pedimos estava no ponto muito errado. Para um restaurante com pratos de valor médio de 80~100 reais, espera-se que pelo menos os pratos cheguem juntos. Enfim, espero que o hotel consiga se organizar em relação à equipe pois realmente a localização é boa e a estrutura também.

A equipe foi bastante atenciosa tendo em vista que o hotel é novo. Fomos recebidos com um bolinho miniatura e dois copos enfeitados com confetes de carnaval. Achei um mimo já que estávamos fazendo aniversário de casamento. O que ficou a desejar foi a piscina do hotel ser rasa demais e não ter guarda- sóis que comportasse o clima de Maceió. Também seria necessário providenciar aquelas plaquinhas de " limpe o quarto" ou " não perturbe". Isso evita inconvenientes de camareira tentando adivinhar se o hóspede não está no quarto como nos acontecer.

O quarto é bom, mas a equipe não está preparada para receber os hóspedes. Não informam como funciona o serviço de praia, informaram errado sobre o pagamento do estacionamento, dizendo que poderia acertar no final e tivemos que pagar dia a dia. Faltou papel higienico no banheiro. Tive que ligar para repor. A piscina do rooftop não tem sinalização de profundidade, não tem guarda sol,o que impossibilita que ficar por muito tempo lá, já que o calor é intenso. O piso lazer tem uma outra piscina, mas tem uma corrente de vento que não tem como ficar. Os funcionários não estão treinados. Precisa de muita melhoria para virar 5 estrelas

O hotel não entrega o que promete. Cama péssima, sem conforto. A roupa de cama e banho também deixam a desejar. Para completar o quarto não é a prova de ruído externo. As instalações apesar de novas, não são de boa qualidade. Não voltaria e muito menos indicaria. Uma diária de hotel 5 estrelas com serviços de 3 estrelas, e olhe lá. Decepcionante!! O hotel ainda estava em soft opening quando me hospedei, mas os serviços e a infraestrutura já são maravilhosos! Destaco o atendimento e a gentileza de toda a equipe, da recepção ao restaurante, especialmente de Natan, Bianca, Raíssa e Lady Diana. Ao chegar, fui recebida com um drink de boas-vindas — delicioso, por sinal! —, além de um brownie acompanhado de um bilhetinho personalizado. Esta delicadeza no trato com o cliente, sem dúvida, faz toda a diferença. O quarto em que fiquei era bastante espaçoso e confortável, com uma cama grande e macia. Chuveiro com excelente pressão e amenities de qualidade, como é de se esperar em um hotel deste padrão. Em relação à infraestrutura de lazer, a piscina da cobertura é perfeita para relaxar no pós-praia. Deixo como sugestão que ampliem o horário de funcionamento para além de 18h. O restaurante serve pratos deliciosos da culinária nordestina, mas senti falta de mais opções no cardápio. Nada, porém, que comprometa a excelente experiência. Recomendo o hotel e, na próxima visita a Maceió, o Sais será novamente a minha escolha!
