Power Outage

Hotel was very nice when we arrived, clean and well kept. Check in staff was great. Pool is small but clean. Issue was when power went out at 6am. No communication from staffing about what the issue was or when it would get fixed. Other business's next door had power. Was a hot morning so we had to wake up and check out early because our third floor room was super hot. They still served breakfast but it was packed due to everyone leaving their rooms to try and stay cool. No apology or apparent concern from morning staff of the outage. Though I’m sure they were busy.

Pros good location, great breakfast Wonderful to have a veranda!!! People helping us were great Cons- small older room- that has been updated with shower and flooring! If you stand in front of bathroom sink-you can not open the door- not a lot of room for suitcases! None of these are management issues! Just smaller and older.
