I have a service dog and I was made to pay for her to stay with me when the information states service animals are exempt from that fee. I was also asked what medical condition I had that made her a service dog! That is a HIPAA violation! It is none of their business the reason I have a service dog. She is registered. That's all they need to know. Please make sure I am refunded that fee.

Horrible experience - Expedia and this hotel falsely advertised a 5 person room, but only gave us a room where 4 could sleep (2 double/queen beds). We made a reservation for 5 adults several weeks prior, and the hotel staff even confirmed that our reservation was for 5 people. However, they would only gave us a room for 4 people, and were not prepared to give us a cot or a roll-away bed. It was Christmas Day and my family had traveled all the way from Indiana. It was 10 pm at night, and I begged them for an hour for a cot or a 2nd room so that 5 people could actually sleep, but they refused. My son ended up leaving and had to drive 30 minutes away to stay elsewhere. What scrooges! This hotel had plenty of free rooms available, and they openly admitted that the reservation was for 5 people, but they they would NOT fulfill the reservation. They expected me and my parents and my adult kids (all over 20 years old) to sleep 3 in a bed. REALLY??? - Who sleeps 3 people in a double/queen bed???

When we arrived in our 1st room, we noticed the sheets were stained, so we then moved to another room, we found that the toilet was loose, and very low. Towels were very stringy! We did not appreciate that we had to walk by someone smoking by the door to get into the hotel.
