Pros: Location and price
Cons: No English tv programs.
Location: Located between Chiang Rai and Mae Sai (on border). Many sites to see in my he area (tea farms, Kings grandmothers villa and garden).
Stayed 2 nights recently. Quite a distance outside Chiang Rai. (It is between Chiang Rai and Mae Sai).
Seems to be popular with tour groups. Rooms were ok to average compared to western thinking. The surrounding gardens etc were beautiful and was quiet and peaceful.

Pros: Every room faces a pond at the rear and very affordable when booked online
Cons: Can be a small hassle if you don't have own transport.
Location: Perfect, Wonderful

This hotel represents good value for money. Only two years old and rooms are clean and comfortable.
