Bright and spacious beachfront apartment located in the peaceful area of Guadalmar, Málaga, perfect for families or groups up to 6 guests.

The apartment features 3 comfortable bedrooms, a spacious living area, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms, air conditioning and high-speed WiFi. Guests can enjoy a sunny private terrace with sea views, ideal for outdoor dining and relaxing.

The residence offers a large swimming pool and tropical gardens with direct beach access. Restaurants, golf courses and shops are nearby, while Málaga city centre and the airport are easily reachable.

Ideal for family holidays, longer stays or a relaxing Costa del Sol getaway.

You do not need a car at this apartment as in 2 minutes you arrive at the bus stop where you can catch the bus to Malaga. (in car Malaga is approximately a 10 minute drive).

Air conditioning is available free of cost in the bedrooms and living room.

Our caretakers are available 24 hours for any type of emergency but we aim to give our clients the upmost privacy.

The apartment is located on the second floor and there is a lift. There is a ramp to enter the building so it is perfect for anyone with reduced mobility.

You must pay a refundable deposit of 300€ 2 days before your arrival, which we ask to be paid by credit card. You will be refunded within 7 days of your departure.

The swimming pool is open from June 1 to September 1.

very friendly area

I stayed at this property for 3 weeks. Easy access into Malaga by bus. Beach very near, friendly people at restaurants. Very relaxing. Apartment was quiet, not quite sure about the heating, but was sufficient. Would stay there again!

Better than advertised!

What a wonderful property! Everything was as advertised. I think the ocean view is better than the posted photos! Isabelle was absolutely amazing to work with. She was very attentive and checked in several times to make sure our stay was going well. She provided recommendations regardingrestaurants and a market that was available close by. Would absolutely rent again and would recommend to anyone!

L'hébergement à Guadalmar représente 2 voyages en 1 puisqu'il est situé au bord de la mer et à 30 minutes en bus pour Malaga, donc mariage mer et ville. Sentiers de marche et passerelles qui mènent à un parc naturel d'observation d'oiseau. Grandes plages vers Malaga et vers Torremolinos que vous pouvez atteindre par la plage.
