Disliked: Cleanliness, communication, listing accuracy
Communication from the host was fine until I paid for the property then there was zero , despite asking various questions, we only obtained check in details a few hours before our flight , this isn’t acceptable Photographs advertised were not reality, a lot had changed in the property and not for the better , it was worn and tired . Details said new mattress and pillows, this was definitely not the case and we had to go out and buy new pillows, the terrace could have been lovely but again was not well kept and needed updating , all in all I would not recommend of stay here again

6/10 Okay

Disliked: Communication
The room was OK, though there was a big hole in the kitchen over the sink which stank and the drawers in the bathroom kind of fell out. The room is close to the city, which is comfortable, just the street where the room is located is a bit shady. No communication with the guy who is preparing the room via WhatsApp was easy and nice. But what is most annoying, is that the hosts are charging an extra reservation fee which they don’t refund back, once you’re leaving. So it is kind of a scam, what FeWo is warning about. Even asking kindly for the refund, they lie to you that they will do it and never refund you.
