Difficult Experience at the Easy Hotel

Clean room with a great location in Centro Malaga. My issue with this stay at the "easy Hotel" was the late afternoon staff at check in. Two young, arrogant Kings...expressionless and miserable. After two long and hectic days of traveling long hours and distances. I looked forward to a warm welcoming reception and smiles. The front desk only added to my exhaustion and frustration. No instructions on how to get room electricity! These boys mistakenly assumed this traveler knew all things about European hotels. Nope! In my opinion, the staff missed an opportunity to educate. I cut my stay short and headed to Torremolinos where the room was cheaper and offered a view of the Mediterranean!

Whoever designed this hotel must have there licenses removed, no closet, no room to move around, no sit to place the luggage, it was a complete discomfort, this hotel is for a single person for business, not for tourists Wrong booking from our side

Stayed here for 2 nights. Ideal location as it is 6 min walk away from maria zambrano train station which has an 8 min connection to the airport! Also a 20ish min walk to the city centre. The area at night seems a bit sketch so I didn’t leave my hotel past 10:30pm as I am a solo female traveller. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The TV claims to have screen mirroring but it doesn’t work. They also charge 5 euro to mind your luggage on the day of checkout, which is something hotels usually do for free as a courtesy. The double bed was also very creaky and noisy though every time you moved even slightly. Room was small, but other than all of that it was fine for me.

Nearly constant construction noise ruined my stay. Hotel thinks it’s acceptable to subject guests to jackhammering and hammering noises all day in their rooms. We were forced to leave as a result. Staff is very inept. Choose another hotel, if you have the means to afford it. It isn’t worth coming here unless you must.

Very minimalistic hotel, just to sleep. Good for 1 or 2 nights. Good location, close to train station. About 20 min walk to port, 20 min walk to city center and 15 min to beach.

Very small rooms, minimal decor, but very modern and clean. The price is good, staff was helpful and nice. I would recommend it for a great place to sleep. Good location near train station too.

Check in was easy, the room was clean and functional apart from the bed which was hard and made lots of noise whenever we moved. The room was also much more basic than expected with no coffee/tea making facilities or even a chair.

The WC door was the same with the shower door and as a result there was no privacy when going to toilet. The room was extremely small. There were no towels for the hands, the face etc. The window could open only for a few centimetres so the air was not renewed. Not good.
