Excellent

Nice hotel with lovely staff. I paid extra for a terrace and it was well worth it - nice big room too. Very good for the bus and stations (including airport metro) and c20 walk to the old town (less to the beach)

Hotel was perfect

My teenage daughter and I stayed for 2 nights whilst exploring the beautiful city of Málaga. This hotel was perfectly located for us and we didn't need a taxi even once. We got the number 1 or number 3 bus into the old town and walked everywhere else from there. The hotel was very comfortable and the staff were great. I reported an issue with our air con and the guy from reception had it sorted within seconds. The housekeeping staff picked up on the fact that it was my daughter's birthday so left her a lovely little surprise ( sweets) when we returned to our room. Such a kind gesture. Overall we had a great time and would certainly book this hotel again.

Great Hotel location. Next to the train station and bus station. Close to stores and not far from the historic part of the town. The staff was pleasant and helped us to get a taxi early next morning.

We have stayed at the Eurostars before but were disappointed with this stay. We upgraded to a terrace room since we arrived in mid-afternoon and thought we could enjoy the terrace. Unfortunately, the chairs on the terrace are very uncomfortable - it wasn’t until We were leaving that we noticed cushions for the chairs stacked above the closet area. There was no mention of this at check/in. We moved the two small chairs from inside to the terrace and left the sliding door open a fraction so we were not locked out. When we re-entered the room and completely closed the slider it was quite warm, so we tried to adjust the thermostat. Nothing seemed to work, so I went to the front desk for instruction, only to be told that the thermostats do not work and the temperature is controlled centrally for all the rooms. in addition, if the sliding glass door is open even a fraction (which is required to sit out there) The A/C automatically turns off. We ended up suffering all night in a not/very/cool room when we had hoped to get a good night’s sleep before an early train. Even though it is convenient to the train station, we will not be staying here again.

Basic but bice

Nice room but very basic and wouldn’t class a double bed as pushing two single beds together. Not the best ventilation in the room but was ok to what we paid Very convenient for the bus/train station
