With a surface area of 120 square meters and a capacity for up to 6 people, this is a very special property, decorated with the utmost attention to detail.

The accommodation features two living rooms, with the main living room having a large and bright window that provides unbeatable views of the Mediterranean, equipped with a sofa bed for two adults. Next to the living room is a fully-equipped kitchen in metallic tones. The common bathroom is fully equipped and has a shower, in addition to a second en-suite bathroom.

As for the bedrooms, they have a double bed and two single beds, the latter with spacious built-in wooden wardrobes.

C’est le parfait emplacement pour les plages mais l’appartement a besoin d’amour et de rĂ©novations, peut ĂȘtre aussi un peu plus de nettoyage sur la terrasse.

Les fenĂȘtres du solarium difficile Ă  ouvrir, la propretĂ© des douches (moisissures), le savon pour le lave-linge reste dans le contenant et Ă  l'arrivĂ©e le personnel nous a dit qu'il avait changĂ© de systĂšme informatique et avait perdu nos donnĂ©es concernant ID de nos passeports et nous disait qu'il nous donnerait pas accĂšs au condo. Vu qu'il n'avait pas de rĂ©seau, notre Iphone ne pouvait pas appeler un numĂ©ro de l'Espagne donc impossible de les rejoindre et de leur envoyer Ă  nouveau nos ID pour passeport. Finalement nous avons rĂ©ussi Ă  appeler avec un tĂ©lĂ©phone d'un hĂŽtel et joindre quelqu'un chez Iloft et cette personne nous a envoyĂ© quelqu'un au condo pour nous ouvrir la porte et nous donner les clĂ©s et quelques explications. Je dois dire que ça commence trĂšs mal des vacances quand ça fait 24 heures que nous n'avons pas dormi (vol avion + dĂ©calage horaire) et que nous ne pouvons pas intĂ©grer notre condo qui a dĂ©jĂ  Ă©tĂ© payĂ© avant notre arrivĂ©e. TrĂšs dĂ©cevant aventure et ce condo n'est pas Ă  recommander.

Tolle Lage an Strandpromenade mit Blick aufs Meer und den Hafen

Eine sehr komfortable Ferienwohnung mit großartiger Loggia. Die Ausstattung war sehr gut, wenn auch alles sehr in die Jahre gekommen ist. Kleine Schlafzimmer mit jeweils einem Bad und Dusche (auch die mĂŒssten mal ordentlich gereinigt werden). Und leider regnet es in der Loggia durch. Die Korbmöbel dort sind sehr durchgesessen, die BezĂŒge mĂŒssten mal gewaschen oder gewechselt werden. FĂŒr den Preis sollte das möglich sein! Von der Loggia aus ein toller Blick aufs Meer, alle Schiffe vom und zum Hafen kann man beobachten und die abendliche Beleuchtung der Stadt und des Hafens laden zum trĂ€umen ein. Die Umgebung und der Strand sind super sauber, viele kleine Restaurants und CafĂ©s. In der NĂ€he ein toller Supermarkt und eine schnelle Busverbindung in die City. Die Wohnung ist trotzdem zu empfehlen und ein wirklich schönes Ziel 😊

Overall, we enjoed our stay at this apartment. We are glad the key pad at front door was replaced as it was old and wasn't working properly..it was a bit nerve wracking when we arrived and the front door wasn't opening. One suggestion I have to leave written instructions how to use the washer and work the thermostat. We figured it out, but it would have been easier & faster. The location was ok, very quiet, not crowded, but we were there off season which we finally learned it was the reason the seaside restaurants were closed at 6pm. We planned accordingly and had dinner at the one to the right walking distance from the apartment and the food was unbelievably delicious. Overall, good experience. Thank you!

Amazing view and apartment, but starting to get a little tired.

The apartment was lovely and everything you needed. The balcony, which has been covered and is now a sunroom fantastic. With awesome views over the ocean. It's worth staying here just for this! It's a 10 minute taxi drive into Malaga town centre so bear this in mind if you plan on partying or eating in town

Gute Lage - aber definitiv kein Premium

Lage des Appartements sehr gut. Wir haben uns u.a. wegen der schönen Bilder fĂŒr die Wohnung entschieden. Was auf den Bildern nicht zu sehen ist: die Wohnung ist stark abgewohnt und renovierungsbedĂŒrftig. Alle WĂ€nde z.T. stsrk verschmutzt, Loungemöbel auf der Terrasse durchgesessen und nucht mehr bequem. Polster verschlissen, fleckig und voller Sand und Haare. Die Wohnung war insgesamt nur sehr oberflĂ€chlich gereinigt. Viel Luft nach oben und im derzeitigen Zustand leider keine Empfehlung.

This property was the perfect location for our work/vacation visit! The view is incredible, and the location is perfect for walking to restaurants, the grocery store, old town, and of course, the beach! We loved the terrace and the windows that overlooked the beach and the water!

Great beach stay

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It is a little far from the historical area and walking took us about 1/2hour one way. Taxi service is also harder to find but we used the Free Now app which worked well. There is a supermarket and restaurants nearby if you choose not to make the trek in to the historical area. Beach was nice and essentially at the doorstep and the view out to the water beautiful. We were able to check in earlier which was great. The air conditioning was not on when we arrived and the panoramic windows on the balcony were closed so it smelled musty upon arriving but this quickly disappeared once the AC was on and the panoramic windows were opened. Overall the place was clean but loses out on five stars because the windows and skylights could have been cleaner and the living room couch was dated and a bit stained. Great place for a quiet relaxed stay by the beach.

Wonderful VRBO, I would highly recommend it!
