Stayed here as a group of 4 and we absolutely loved it. The location is PRIME and the apartment is very spacious. Contacting the host via whatsapp was easy and they were very quick and responsive. I would recommend staying here 10000%. Only heads up is that if you want to rent the parking spot, its like 3-4 floors underground and the parking is super tight and difficult to manoeuvre so be weary of that.

Inaccurate listing
The property does not have a functioning hot tub, despite it being listed and photographed. This was dissapointing and also means that the terrace is dominated by a large covered hot tub. This has been escalated to the property manager but no response yet.
Otherwise the property was nice and well appointed. It gets quite hot in the sun but there is air conditioning.
The location is great and the check in was smooth and friendly.

Perfect stop in Malaga
We enjoyed our stay in Malaga immensely, especially with the location of this apartment! We were just down from the beautiful fresh market, within walking distance to many of the places we wanted to visit. There are many fantastic restaurants close by as well. The unit is clean, comfortable, and the outdoors terrace is fantastic. We had a glitch with our door lock one evening, and they came and helped us with that as quickly as they could get there. Good communication and great hosts! Thank you!

Wenn nur die Lage zählen würde,
gäbe es die Maximalbewertung: Am Rand der Altstadt in einem gepflegten Viertel, zum Schlafen auch bei offenem Fenster extrem ruhig. Ansonsten ist es ein wenig "na ja". Der Wohn-und Essbereich ist im Verhältnis zu den Schlafzimmern recht eng (für 4 Personen wohl zu eng), die Bäder klein, die Geschirrausstattung dürftig und ungepflegt (am Geschirr waren noch klebrige Reste von den Preisschildern). Ungepflegt und schmutzig war auch der Balkon, der angekündigte Jacuzzi fehlte, was uns allerdings nicht weiter gestört hat. Das obere Schlafzimmer ist wohl längere Zeit nicht benutzt worden, auch hier hätte eine gründliche Reinigung nicht geschadet.
Fazit: Die Wohnung war wohl einmal sehr schön, etwas mehr Aufmerksamkeit bei der Erhaltung wäre wünschenswert. Im gegenwärtigen Zustand stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis nicht.
