This flat is located in the Victoria Building, on Calle Victoria, in the heart of Malaga city centre, at the foot of Mount Gibralfaro and just a short walk from the Picasso Museum, Calle Larios and the vibrant array of restaurants and cafés in the historic quarter. The building features communal areas such as a lobby with relaxation zones and a co-working space for 4–6 people, perfect for working or relaxing without leaving home.

The flat, situated on the third floor, features an open-plan layout comprising a living room, a dining area for two and a fully equipped kitchen. Upon entering, to the left is a full bathroom with a shower, whilst at the far end, beyond the living area, lies the separate bedroom with a queen-size bed (1.50 x 1.90 m), fitted wardrobes and two windows facing an internal courtyard, providing natural light and tranquillity.

Situated in one of Malaga’s most iconic areas, you’ll enjoy the local atmosphere, the proximity to Gibralfaro Castle, the Alcazaba, and iconic restaurants such as El Pimpi, as well as shops and all the amenities the city centre has to offer.
