Beautiful location

Property is in a beautiful location. The outside space is large and has fantastic lake views. Inside the property is on two levels which gives plenty of space with three double bedrooms. The owner was easy to contact and very helpful. Malcesine itself is a lovely place with plenty of cafes and bars. I would recommend this property.

Our stay at Lake Garda

The property was just right for us in a lovely location with a great view over Lake Garda, an ideal base for us sailing at Fraglia Vela Malcesine. The town of Malcesine itself is lively and a short, but steep, walk away. Lots to do around here including the cable car to Monte Baldo not far away and well worth the visit. Francesco is a very welcoming host.

Ein schöner Ort aber leider nicht ruhig

Wir fanden das Cottage und den Garten sehr schön und heimelig. Die Ausstattung ist normaler Standard. Die Gestaltung sehr ansprechend. Wir hätten uns das Ganze sauberer gewünscht. Die Kochutensilien waren zum Teil nicht richtig sauber und hatten Essensreste. Die Dusche hatte etwas Schimmel und war nicht gut gereinigt worden. Das eigentliche Manko ist die Lage direkt an der Strasse. Bis in die späte Nacht gab es Auto und Motorradverkehr. Wer Italien kennt weiss was das bedeutet. Da man die Adresse erst im letzten Augenblick bekommt, ist ein Google-Check nicht mehr möglich. Ein kleiner Hinweis im Exposé wäre gut gewesen. Wir finden, dafür ist die Wochenmiete zu hoch. Francesco hat uns gut und sehr freundlich betreut und immer schnell geholfen.

Ein wunderbares Feriendomicil

Das Ferienhaus hat eine wunderschöne Lage am Hang mit zauberhaftem Blick auf den Gardasee und die umliegenden Berge. Haus und Garten sind großzügig angelegt und liebevoll gestaltet. Bei schönem Wetter kann man alle Mahlzeiten auf der Terrasse genießen. Ein besonderes Highlight sind die frischen Kräuter und Zitronen aus dem Garten. Vom Ferienhaus gelangt man bergab zu Fuß in 15 Minuten direkt ins Zentrum von Malcesine, bergauf kann man bei guter Kondition zur Mittelstation der Seilbahn zum Monte Baldo wandern. Francesco ist ein ausgesprochen freundlicher und unkomplizierter Vermieter, der immer ansprechbar ist und keine Fragen offen lässt. Wir haben unseren Urlaub hier sehr genossen und können das Ferienhaus sowohl für Familien als auch für bis zu 6-Personengruppen Erwachsener wärmstens weiter empfehlen.

Schönes Haus, tolles Grundstück, wunderbarer Blick auf den See. Der Fußweg zum Zentrum mit Kleinkindern sehr anstrengend bzw. unsicher. Einrichtung leider etwas lieblos und verschlissen. Küchenutensilien knapp bemessen. Sehr netter Vermieter.

Schöne Unterkunft in toller Lage

Das Haus liegt toll und hat alles was man braucht. Die Terrasse ist großartig, mit dem Blick auf den See. Und der Garten, mit Olivenbäumen, Zitronenbäumen und frischen Kräutern ist wunderbar. Lediglich die Ausstattung der Küche ist ein bisschen mager. Ein paar mehr Gläser (Weingläser etc.), Schüsseln und ähnliches wären gut. Zumindest für Gruppen, die so viel selbst kochen wie wir. Malcesine ist super zu Fuß zu erreichen. Mit einem 15 Minuten Spaziergang ist man in der Altstadt und am Hafen.

A disappointment despite nice location

The house was spacious with a very fine location and a splendid view over the lake. Moreover the wi-fi worked impeccably and the mattresses were good. But nevertheless we were disappointed. The description of the house indicated that there should be central heating but it did not work. The cleaning of the house was not satisfying - the drawers in the kitchen were dirty, we had to clean the plates, the glasses and the cutlery before use. There was no hood in the kitchen. Other than that the bed quilts were too thin for the cold nights. We also had problems with the electric power and the toilet which made us try to get in contact with the host by calling and sending sms but it was impossible. The guests in the B-house right next to ours (the same host) nor could contact him. Concerning the host: The communication before arriving was slow. He promised to give us a phone number of a woman who lived nearby but forgot it. He could not be contacted during our stay. Nobody to welcome and inform us. The things mentioned above mean that we cannot recommend this house.

Perfektes Landhaus für einen Urlaub mit Familie oder mit Freunden - nicht nur im Sommer!

Wir hatten das Landhaus für einen Familienurlaub Ende Oktober angemietet. Das Haus liegt - wie auf den Fotos zu sehen - malerisch auf den Olivenhängen oberhalb von Malcesine. Das Stadtzentrum von Malcesine ist sehr gut zu Fuß in 10 bis 15 Minuten quer durch einen Olivenhain zu erreichen. Insbesondere in der Nebensaison kann ich jedem einen Besuch in Malcesine empfehlen, denn es gibt nur noch wenige Touristen und eine angenehm gelassene Atmosphäre. Zur Entspannung trägt dabei sicherlich auch das wunderschöne Landhaus von Francesco bei. Unsere gesamte Familie war begeistert - jeder hatte ein Zimmer mit fantastischer Aussicht auf den See! Ein leichtes Kopfheben aus dem Bett genügt um zu erkennen, ob sich das Aufstehen bzw. ein Gang zum See an diesem Tag lohnt... Auch abgesehen von den beeindruckenden Ausblicken kann ich das Landhaus nur jedem ans Herz legen - im Obergeschoss gibt es ein großzügiges und sehr gemütliches Wohnzimmer mit Wohnküche. Die Küche ist so gut ausgestattet, dass auch mein Mann, ein passionierter Koch, zufrieden war - im Garten gibt es zudem noch frische Kräuter und Zitronen... Zugleich bietet das Haus auch genügend Platz zum "Alleinsein". Bei gutem Wetter stehen zusätzlich verschiedene Balkone und Terrassen zur Auswahl - hier findet sicherlich jeder ein Plätzchen, an dem er es ein paar Stündchen aushalten kann. Auch für Kinder ist das Haus spannend - im Garten kann man im Olivenhain wunderbar Verstecken spielen... Der Kontakt mit Francesco, dem Vermieter, ist sehr unproblematisch. Auf Fragen antwortet er schnell und im besten Englisch; bei einem Problem half er uns sofort. Kurz zusammengefasst - bei unserem nächsten Urlaub am Gardasee werden wir das Haus wieder mieten! Arrivederci!

Sehr schöne Wohnung, tolle Lage, super Urlaub

Das Haus ist super ausgestattet, hat eine tolle Lage mit Blick auf den See, alles was man braucht. Die Wohnung ist perfekt für Urlaub mit Freunden oder einer großen Familie. Waren mit zwei Pärchen und einem Baby hier, dafür war sie optimal aufgeteilt mit großem, gemeinsamen Wohnbereich. Wenn es jetzt noch eine Spülmaschine geben würde, wäre es eine 100% :-) Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war bis auf fehlende Anreiseinformationen / Infos zum Haus gut. FeWo hat sehr gut vermittelt.

Toller Kurzurlaub

Es waren wirklich wunderbare 4 Tage in dieser traumhaft gelegenen Villa! Wir waren zu 6. und hatten genug Platz!! Auf 2 Etagen ist es für jeden wunderbar möglich sich zu entspannen und dabei genug Platz für sich selbst zu haben! Die Sonnenterasse war auch wirklich ein Traum! Mit Franceso und seiner Co-Host hat alles super funktioniert!! Vielen Dank!

Great Place with a stunning vista

A short (20 minutes uphill, 15 minutes downhill) walk from the historic centre of Malcesine, the newly renovated house boasts a stunning view over the lake. Floor heating - if switched on - provides extra comfort. Quite spacious with three bedrooms with double beds, two bathrooms and two living rooms plus a terrace complete with bbq-shed allow for larger groups to enjoy a wonderful time in amidst old olive trees. The landlord and his girlfriend were very friendly and tended to our needs quickly. Higly recommended!

schöne FeWo, traumhafter Blick und großzügiges Grundstück !

...oberhalb von Malcesine, direkt und doch ruhig gelegen. Die Lage ist ein Traum, das Grundstück liegt oberhalb von der City, mit dem Auto ist man fix in der Innenstadt. Der Blick auf den Gardasee ist wirklich traumhaft, egal ob von den Terrassen (eine oberhalb des Hauses oder direkt dran) oder vom Balkon. Wir hatten sogar das Glück, in der Nacht, ein Gewitter zu beobachten...weiter im Süden vom Gardasee, doch durch den Blick ein Wahnsinns Schauspiel. Die Größe ist prima, wir waren zu fünft ( Oma, Opa, Mama, Papa und 2 Jahre altes Kind ), hatten genug Platz im Haus. Haben mit dem Kind auf der unteren Etage Quartier bezogen, also Schlafen und Rückzug und die Schwiegereltern haben auf der Etage wo Küche und Wohnzimmer waren, ihr Lager aufgeschlagen. Was fehlte wurde schnell geklärt und gelöst...z. B. fehlender Wasserkocher. Der Kontakt vor Ort war sehr freundlich, nett und zuvorkommend. Ich habe mich von Anfang an "zuhause" gefühlt. Der verträumte Ort hat auch viel Zauber und somit ist das Paket rundum perfekt. Nach Shopping oder Spaziergang in der Innenstadt, freut man sich auf das Haus, die Umgebung und die Natur direkt am Haus. Unser Sohn ist von Garten und Terrasse total begeistert gewesen, wir natürlich auch aber Sohnemann war wirklich sehr glücklich und hatte auf dem Grundstück viel Spaß und halt auch viel zu entdecken. Alles in allem ein super Urlaub und ein traumhafter Wohnsitz. Auch der Kontakt vorher mit Francesco ist schnell, supernett und vor allem unkompliziert gewesen. Es ist wirklich so, von Anfang bis Ende alles super!

Großzügiges, herrlich gelegenes Anwesen mit Blick auf den See

Wir ( 4 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder ) waren vollauf zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt am Gardasee. Das Haus ist geräumig und lässt auch für 2 Familien Platz sich auf 2 Etagen (mit jeweils eigenem Bad ) wohlzufühlen. Als besonderen Komfort empfanden wir im März auch die Bodenheizung. Aus allen Schlafzimmern eine großartige Sicht. Der Garten ist wunderschön in Terrassen angelegt mit Oliven - und Zitronenbäumen. Das Herz eines jeden Italienliebhabers schlägt höher. Danke Francesco!
