Beautiful semi-detached house for 8 people in the old part of the Cala D'Or marina. Just a 5-minute walk from the center of Cala D'Or.

From the entrance, you reach a lovely living room overlooking the marina. Next to it is the fully equipped kitchen, complete with a Dolce Gusto capsule coffee machine. The summer dining room has sofas and a large table to enjoy the magnificent view. From this living room, you have access to the bedrooms. The first bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. Several steps lead to three further bedrooms: two with twin beds and an en-suite bathroom. Finally, there is the master bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. This bedroom has a magnificent view and a charming balcony with a small table and two chairs.

Two of the bedrooms have ceiling fans, and two have standing fans.

The artificial grass garden has four sun loungers and a portable barbecue and direct access to the sea.
This holiday home is an idyllic place to relax and enjoy a magnificent view of the harbor.
