We absolutely loved this villa, it was the perfect place to relax. Antonia and her daughter communicated everything we needed right from the beginning. It is a gorgeous space, simple but really well laid out. We cooked most nights on the outdoor grill and sat outside at the fantastic table to eat. The villa is about a 15 min walk from a tiny village and five mins in the car from another one with a wonderful market and a good selection of restaurants - both towns are very pretty and not very touristy. We used the villa as a base to visit some beaches in the daytime, but mainly to relax, swim and cook. We would love to come back and would highly recommend!

The main is excellent. It has everything you need for a very pleasant stay. The small cottage however was much too hot at night and would benefit from some air conditioning.

I stayed in the house for a week in July with my partner and 3 children (ranging 7-20) The hosts greeted us on arrival and left wine and pastries (delicious) The house was perfect for us, the younger children stayed in the main building with us whilst my daughter stayed in the annex building. All facilities were great and the pool lovely. The house is located in the centre of the island . The local town is 5 minutes drive away/15 min walk and has a small supermarket. A little further afield (10 mins drive ) is Sineu which has some nice restaurants and a slightly bigger supermarket. You are also roughly 45 minutes from most beaches (we travelled all over the Island ) . All in all a lovely house in a great remote location and perfect if you want to see the whole island.

We have just come back from 10 days in this beautiful villa. Firstly it’s immaculate and has all the amenities that you need, the owner has definitely thought of everything with lots of lovely touches. The salt water pool is fantastic, the water is very refreshing & even though its not heated it stays warm till late. Theres plenty of comfortable seats in the shade with a huge table to sit and eat. The kitchen and lounge is open spaced and a great size. The bedrooms are again a great size with lots of storage, the third bedroom was perfect for my 17 year old son who had his own space & bathroom! The villa is set in its own surroundings, no noise apart from the wildlife, its not overlooked . We did use mosquito spray in the evening but we sat out playing cards till late. There are 2 lovely cats which is great to keep the insects under control, they were very well behaved and we became very fond of them. The nearest town is a few minutes by car, it has a few bars/restaurants and a well stocked supermarket. Sineu is a great town about 5 minutes drive again with restaurants and a few shops. We stocked up in Lidl in Inca, it was a nice easy drive. I would recommend a car, You can get to the airport & coast in less than half an hour with the roads really easy & straighforward. Apolonia & her family were perfect hosts, we were very grateful for the welcome food & drinks and the pastries, a very lovely touch. Its a bit of luxury, and would recommend this villa if you want a peaceful holiday away from touristy areas. We will hopefully be back!!

A fabulous villa in a wonderfully secluded and peaceful location. The third bedroom in the little house was ideal for our teenage son allowing him to have a little lie-in whilst our young daughter was up at the crack of dawn. The kitchen had everything we needed, and Sineu has a wonderful array of options to eat. The salt-water pool was a first for us - the water was fabulous and stayed warm long into the evening allowing us to have a few 10pm swims. The only thing we missed was air conditioning. Very friendly owners who were welcoming and more than happy to help. One more thing - remember mosquito spray/cream in the summer!

When we arrived at the villa Antonia + her daughter were waiting for us outside the villa door. The villa was very easy to find and looked even better that in the pictures, Antonia had left us some fantastic first day supplies that were delicious. First impressions of the villa were incredible. It was very clean + had a lovely feel to it. We all enjoyed the pool (which was rather cold in early May!!) The 2 outdoor cats which were at the villa were cute + very very well behaved. The chickens provide the perfect alarm clock to make the most of your day! The hammocks + swing area was a really nice. I think the only 1 thing that was a little disappointing was the lack of cooking items (baking trays, can opener) but considering the rest of the villa it really was a tiny problem which didnt really bother us. The big table outside is perfect to eat at what ever time of the day and perfect for a few games of cards! The villa's location is perfect, nothing is too far away. The local village is roughly a 20 minute walk from the villa, there is a much bigger village (Sineu) that is a 5 minute drive. Sineu has a fantastic restaurant on the outskirts (Restaurant Es Cos) which has the best pizzas ive ever tasted and is superb value for money. Alcudia, Palma, Cala Millor and all the other tourist locations are all within 30 minutes of the villa which is great. There is 2 zoo's on the island we visited the Natura Parc which was very easy to get to from the villa and only took 10 minutes. Lots of great animals and relatively cheap to get in. There are plenty of supermarkets around the villa, Aprop in both the local village + Sineu. Inca (15 minute drive from villa) had the best selection of supermarkets (Mercadonna, Aldi, Lidl + Hypermarket) We used Hypermarket for most of our holiday because we found that the best one. Overall we all enjoyed our stay and we were all very sad to leave. We hope to return back to the villa at some time in the future.

Fantastic house and a real pleasure to stay here for the week. Owners very friendly & helpful! Clean and comfortable rooms, fantastically well-equipped kitchen. Everyone had a great time and we all enjoyed the swimming pool and the surrounding area. We hope to return soon! Would highly recommend it to anyone!

We stayed here for 1 week at the end of July 2016. We were met on arrival by the owner, Antonia and her daughter who showed us around and kindly left us some lovely 1st day supplies. The villa is just beautiful, clean and very well appointed and equipped. We loved the outdoor seating space for eating and relaxing and the pool is great. The family who own the house were really helpful and friendly from start to finish. I would definitely recommend Sa Garriga to anyone wanting a quiet, luxury holiday. It's in the middle of the island so you need a car to get around and is in a rural location. The local town of Sineu is really pretty and has everything you need. I would recommend restaurants Vi-es and Santapi. All in all a lovely holiday. Thank you!

The house is just as nice as it looks on the pictures, very clean and well equipped. We received a very warm welcome from Antonia, the houseowner and felt at home immediatly and had a wonderul stay. The house is located in a very rural and private location. Sineu was a very cosy little town, just a few minutes away, with plenty of restaurants to choose from. I would very much recommend this house.
