LOCATION! We have one of the LARGEST 3 bed/4 bath town homes AVAILABLE IN MAMMOTH. This spacious & luxurious 2500 Sq Ft town home sleeps up to 8 people & is a 4 min walk to Canyon Lodge (5 chair lifts, rentals, restaurants, bars & Village Gondola). Our home is professionally designed & fully furnished with the finest decor, furniture and bedding. We have in-unit Laundry machines and a split forced air heating system. The fully stocked gourmet kitchen boasts granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances, with additional items such as a Keurig and Crock-pot. With two living rooms, kids and adults have their own privacy. The game area includes an 8' carved wood Pool Table with a Ping Pong table option on top. Each of the 3 bedrooms has its own private bathroom. You'll have access to DSL high speed internet, Cable TV, 55" LCD HD Flat Screen TV's, a Blue-Ray DVD player and a large collection of DVD's for all ages. There is also a Video Game Arcade machine loaded with over 300 games and a Nintendo switch. In the enclosed garage below there are two parking spots available, 2 electric vehicle chargers and a storage closet for gear. We also have security cameras in the garage and all entry points for your safety.

For Summer Activities, we are located in close proximity to numerous fishing spots, bike trails, hiking trails and a golf course. For our summer guests, please note we do not have A/C as most Mammoth rentals do not. A combination of floor fans, windows and cool nights works for our family.

Great house—very spacious and spotless. It can easily accommodate two families. We stayed with our family, including four little ones, and it was more than enough space for us. This was honestly one of the cleanest houses we’ve stayed in while visiting Mammoth.The owner is extremely friendly and very responsive to any questions we had. She also checked in with us to make sure everything was going well. We accidentally left something valuable behind, and she was kind enough to ship it back to us.Highly recommend both the place and the host. Thank you, Shala!

Shared Accommodations.

We rented this place and another in the same building. It was great for our big group. We were able to share both locations, have good get togethers, and provide the lodging for all. Everyone enjoyed the spaciousness of the unit. The host was very accommodating.

Amazing House and Excellent Owner!

Shahla's house is fantastic. Everything (towers, kitchen stuffs, games, fire place and others) you may need is just there for you. So convinient and comfortable. The air-conditioners worked well. The whole house was warm. When we needed help with the heater machine, Shahla was very patient and helpful. We love this beautiful house which has very tasteful decoration. We had a wonderful holiday family gathering time there. Besides, the location is great. It is very close to the Canyon Lodge, and it is close to the supermarket. Look forward to next time to Mammoth Ski and Shahla's house again. Thank you!

Another year another great experience!

We have been staying at this property over New Year’s for the last several years! We are 2 families of 4 (8 people total) and this is the perfect Mammoth home walking distance to Canyon that can accommodate us comfortably. It’s well maintained, comfortable and in a good location. We have 4 boys ages 11 - 15 and the pool table and pac man game machine are an added bonus.

Great Mammoth Stay

We enjoyed our stay at this property and will definitely be renting here again. Very conveniently located. The only note is that you may want to bring a portable humidifier as the property does not have any. Otherwise, it was definitely one of the best places that I have stayed in Mammoth.

Fabulous

Shala was fabulous as was the home, which was perfect for two families with three total children. Both children and adults loved the downstairs game room and the fixtures and furnishings were elegant and well kept. Note that we visited in a snow storm (and lost power for couple of hours) and despite both we were comfortable in the house. Shaka managed communication with power company and power was restored within a couple of hours and we were kept apprised of ETA.

Great location and great place. 1 bedroom upstairs and 2 downstairs is a great layout. We had 2 family’s and felt the condo had plenty of room. Kitchen is well equipped for cooking just about anything. This was my 2nd stay here and it did not disappoint. Shala is a great owner and communication was instant. Highly recommended.

Christmas in Winter Wonderland !

Spend five nights with my family of six adults at this wonderful property. Perfect location close to Canyon Lodge and well-suited for a large family group. Plenty of space andfun things to keep us occupied during the evening after a day on the slopes. Couldn’t be happier with our choice. Top notch property

This was the nicest property we ever stayed at while visiting mammoth. It was kid friendly with so many different games and a pool table. The location is absolutely perfect for skiing and visiting the village and local areas. We would love to come back to stay here in the future! Thank you!

Comfortable, Convenient and fun!

We really enjoyed the layout and convenience of the property from the great parking to the dual living rooms which allowed our group to enjoy time spent without being on top of each other. Having all bedrooms ensuite was also a huge plus. The fact that you could walk to Canyon Lodge was also great!

Luxurious condo a short walk from the alopes

If you are looking for a beautiful, new, and well appointed home that is a short walk to the slopes via Canyon, this is it. Easy to find, great parking, super fast WiFi, a fully appointed kitchen and a responsive host are all reasons this place will be my new go to for our annual Mammoth trip. Thanks Shala!

Shala is the most kind and generous host! This cabin is our go-to in Mammoth. It's cozy, it's clean, and well stocked. Traveling with kids can be a handful and this cabin has everything you can possibly need for kids to have a great time and for parents to relax. Highly recommend!!!
