Welcome to your Mammoth Lakes home base. This condominium sleeps up to 8 and puts you close to Canyon Lodge skiing, local brews, and scenic Twin Lakes.
The Space:
Settle into a straightforward, comfortable condo designed for easy mountain getaways. With three bedrooms, a loft, and two full bathrooms, thereâs space for families or a couple of friends to spread out after a day on the slopes or trails.
The living area is a relaxed spot to unwind, and a dining area makes sit-down meals simple. Enjoy an outdoor BBQ grill for casual cookouts and a DVD player for low-key movie nights. The complex also offers communal amenities, including an outdoor pool, hot tubs, and a sauna (see Important Things to Note for current availability during construction).

Important Things to Note
âą Parking: Assigned parking for two vehicles in tandem in the underground garage. Please use spaces #204. Parking passes are in the unit and must be displayed at all times.
âą Construction: Beginning June 12, 2025, construction is underway in the complex. Guests may experience daytime noise. The pool and hot tubs will be out of service throughout the construction period.
âą Stairs: Stairs are required. Please see photos for details.
âą Winter safety: During winter months, the HOA boards up certain windows to prevent damage from falling icicles.
âą WiFi/Cell Service: WiFi is provided; however, due to our rural mountain location and area-wide infrastructure, speed and reliability can vary and are not guaranteed. Cell service can also be spotty across town.
âą Pet policy: No pets are allowed at this home.
âą Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.
âą We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!
âą We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on whatâs included.
âą Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.
