Take advantage of it's full size kitchen with a separate dining and entertain your family for the evening. Walk out to your very own private deck and take in the fresh air. Bring in some season dry firewood and warm up by the wood stove.

Maximum Occupancy: Discovery 4 Unit #137 sleeps up to 6 people.

Bed Arrangement: Sleep peacefully in the master bedroom with a queen bed. Twin size bunk beds built an alcove and for your extra sleeping needs the sectional couch has a queen size sleeper.

Unit Amenities: The full sized kitchen has all updated appliances and equipment for your convenience. This unit has a bathroom with separate vanity area. For those cold winter days, the wood fired fireplace is available for use. The living room has a brand new 42 inch T.V. and a DVD player with free wifi and cable. No step entrance, easy wheelchair access.

On site amenities: Walk over to the recreation room and take advantage of it's amenities, docking station, so make sure to bring your own music!Recreation room also comes equipped with internet service, coin operated laundry annex, a pool table, ping pong table and video games. nice relaxing reading area. take some time to relax in the jacuzzi or dry sauna which are open year around. The pool is heated from Memorial day weekend to Labor Day weekend. also for your enjoyment are the gas barbecues located in the pool area all year long.

Don't forget the convenience of the shuttle stop right across the street taking up to Canyon Lodge.

Cute little spot

Overall the stay was fine. The location was much closer to canyon lodge than we thought which was a nice surprise. The cleanliness needs a little finessing. There was hair in the drain catch from the previous guests and lots of ash in the fireplace (the rules expressly forbade us to remove ash). The bathtub didn’t make a seal to keep water in for our daughter’s bath which was a small inconvenience. The spice cabinet and kitchen was well stocked with the little things. We’d stay again but just the details need a little more attention

Decent budget option in a pinch.

Stayed here with my teen kids on a ski trip. It was a busy week and options were limited. It's a good location and the condo isn't bad. You can cook a meal in the kitchen, shower in the bathroom, sleep in the bedroom, enjoy a nice wood fire and stay warm. However, the word "remodeled" (used 2x in the description) is being used VERY loosely, but the photos do not lie so credit to that. I say decent for a couple basic, but important reasons. All of the bedding is just ok not really comfortable. The sofa bed is miserable... nowhere near OK, so I really wouldn't count on that as a place for someone to sleep. They also only provided one set of towels for 4 nights, and didn't have towels for the jacuzzi/pool. The towels that were provided, were sandpaper. Easy issues to resolve with a very small investment, but I guess it isn't necessary? This feels a bit more like a roadside motel with a kitchen, than a comfortable condo in the mountains. The general "hospitality" approach is extremely budget oriented....like extreme budget. I rent often in Mammoth, and there are many better options for the price.

cozy condo close to Canyon Lodge

hot tub and game room were great for kids. Big couch and fireplace made for a cozy family New Year's mountain vacay. Property manager was professional and attentive to our needs, effectively addressing issues that arose.

We got what we expected

A little confusing on how to get our keys because we showed up after hours. There was no code given to us to open the box. Had to call the emergency number to get it. Other than that, it was great.
