If you are looking for convenience and great complex amenities, look no further! This 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo is walking distance to Eagle Lodge and complex amenities cannot be beat! Relax in front of the cozy wood-burning fireplace or enjoy a soak in one of the many complex jacuzzis. The condo has a full kitchen where you can cook a nice meal after a long day on the hill biking or skiing, as well as plenty of seating at the dining table and kitchen bar.

The master bedroom features a Queen size bed as well as flatscreen TV and full bathroom is right outside the bedroom door. There is even a sleeper sofa in the living room for the kids or additional guests. The Summit complex offers terrific amenities like an outdoor pool as well as 6 jacuzzis, 4 saunas and 3 BBQ areas spread throughout the complex, fitness center, and tennis courts. Underground covered garage parking also keeps you from having to shovel out on those snowy days.

All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. This condo sleeps a maximum of 4 people and comes with one underground assigned parking spot with a second on a first come, first serve basis within the complex. Guests will be provided one parking pass. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. CHEAP CHEAP CHEAP (not the rate)

If you are going to charge 4 Seasons prices, then at least change the Holly Hobbie bead spread after Regan left the White House. EVERYTHING about this rental is cheap except the rate - it's very high. Yes kind of close to Eagle, but the place is generally terrible and a lot of broken everything.The company we booked with also not responsive and provides terrible instructions. We got an envelop with two keys and a parking pass and NO instruction on how to navigate a very confusing property. You go to the address and there are no condos at the address. It turns out the condo is two building over, but no directions, map, instruction or manager to guide. Again 4 Seasons price and lousy service. NEVER AGAIN. AVOID THIS PROPERTY

Worst condo I have stayed in at Mammoth.

I'll never remember all of the short comings. There is no thermostat or central heating. The heating was by a wall mounted space heater that sounded like a jet taking off, and 3 portable radiant heaters. It was either too cold or too hot and took constant monitoring and adjustment. Without question a thermostat controlled system could be installed for the price I paid for a 3 night stay. The carpet in the bedroom was soaked wet. It never dried in 3 days. The carpeting looks over 10 years old and is disgusting. Again a cheap fix. The shower faucet handle hung loose and came off in my hand every time I tried to turn it. The unit was cleaned poorly and threre was popcorn and other debris on the carpet and under the living area table. The furniture is extremely cheap and crappy and older than my adult children. It was insulting using it. Also the space heater blew out a fuse that the internet was also plugged into. After I found the circuit breakers and reset them the internet was out and did not reboot on when the power was returned. Do yourself a favor and stay anywhere else. I was very sorry we stayed here.

The first of all, we didn't get any info about check in instruction. It was so hard to find it. We have got incorrect address and name of property (it was confusing). I was very disappointed. We spent so much time to find it. It was very hot inside, no air conditioning, but the big problem was no mosquito net on the window. We fought with moskitos and flying gigantic bugs. The drain in the bathroom was clogged. When you get a shower, you get whole bath of water. The sofa was very bad. I can't sleep well, because of iron bars in my back. Horrible sofa. The bed in the bedroom was old and not comfortable. The carpet had a lot of stains. I would say this condo not worth this amount of money. Some pictures in advertisment not correct. The pool was not cleaned. The good things are: the condo was properly cleaned, the good kitchen, clean towels and sheets.

The property was great except for the lack of Central heating. The space heaters were not sufficient. Ended up having to burn wood in fireplace.

Great location!

We loved the location! The unit relies on built-in room heaters and only 1 of the 3 worked. We froze the first night until the one heater and a small space heater warmed it up. It took a day to do so. Other than that it was a great stay.

Condo is outdated (TV, VHS, decoration). But location is convenient. Using gps to locate the building is challenging, specially at night.

Very convenient location. 5 min walk to Eagle lodge and lift. Super easy access from garage to the door. Very clean. Decor will take you back to the 80' complete with cassette tape selection.
