This 2 level unit is a definite family pleaser!! It can sleep up to 10 people!

Bed Arrangement: The master bedroom has a king size bed with a flatscreen, the 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed, the loft also has a queen size euro bunk bed and the loft extension has 2 sets of euro bunk beds.

Condo Amenities: This unit has all the comforts of home with granite counter tops, slate floors, stainless steel appliances and flatscreen tvs! WIRELESS connection, compliments of the owners. The kitchen is also fully equipped for your cooking pleasure.

Views: When you stay in this unit you can enjoy a nice view of the Sherwins!

Walking distance to Canyon Lodge perfect for skiing/snowboarding in the winter and hiking/biking in the summer!

Maximum 2 vehicles. One assigned underground parking space (7’ Clearance). Second space is first come first serve.

Perfect for our needs

This condo was perfect for our group of three families. Note that the bedroom in the loft is slightly open to the main living area. We knew this based on prior reviews so it was not a problem. Overall the kitchen was stocked pretty well, but make sure to bring things for recipes because there was salt but no pepper, and butter but no oil. Not a big deal because we always bring what we need. Extra linens and pillows were provided and we got more towels from friendly Mary Lou at the front desk. We did have a power outage of several hours and it was right when we were packing up - made it difficult because there are no windows in the loft, so hard to see. It’s walkable to Canyon, but a pain in ski boots so we parked a “gear car” at the lodge so we could just leave our boots there. Overall a great stay.

Management receptive to all the problems and doing their best but the owner must replace most of the furniture: three broken, shaking stools no one could sit on! Worn sofas with cushions hanging out 10inches, no coffee table, broken coffee pot, plates for 8 when unit is supposed to sleep 12, shaking cheap bunk beds- when one moves the other bed shakes, windows and sliders that do not function properly or cannot close - claims sleeps 12 but only 6 dining chairs /snd 3 broken stools! Would not want to rent this unit again - expensive and not worth it.as in very bad condition. On location near shuttle.

Summer Vacation

Overall the property was OK. It was advertised as a 3 bedroom, however, the third “bedroom” had openings to the area below. There is no air conditioning, so it was slightly hot. Some of the windows did not have screens, so we could not leave those ones open because of the bugs. Lastly, some of the windows had broken wheels to open them.

Running Camp

We brought 8 Teenagers up for a Running Camp and had a great time. Location was close to everything. The Village was walking distance as the Kids liked to get ice cream. With Mammoth being a Snow Resort there is no air conditioning and as the days got hot the Loft was hot for most of the day. Fans to help circulate the air from downstairs is a must. The kitchen was stocked well with everything we needed to prepare meals. Toaster, Blender, and big pots and bowls. The Kids would of been a bit happier if WiFi was stronger as they liked to Stream at night. Overall, a great place to stay.

great family winter adventure

Clean, everything you need is there. Very close and convenient to Canyon lodge. Plenty of seats to get a group around the table. Internet was a little slow and could not handle two people streaming. Nice to have underground parking.

House was great with plenty of room for our group! Was nice to be able to all stay together and the kitchen size was great! Lots of counter space and room. Chairs and Barstools could use some updating as a few were a bit wobbly and we made sure not to sit in or on so that they didn't break

Property was great. House was nice and has some nice updates. Showers and Kitchen are NICE!

The property was really nice. The only issue we really had was that the Jacuzzi was not turned on higher then 80 which makes for a not so great dip when there is snow on the ground. Other then that everything else was great.

Needs a bit of maintenance. Warm and allergy inducing in the summer.

My family and I stayed in the property during the summer months. It was quite warm and we wanted to keep the windows open to get air flowing through the condo. Several screens were in need of repair, so we didn't keep those windows open. The carpeted areas seemed to need a good vacuuming, as well. Several of us had allergy issues while in the condo, but not when we were out hiking. The upstairs sleeping lofts are very warm and dusty in the summer! We reported the screen situation to the rental office, but noticed several broken screens behind the service desk. They told us they were working on getting someone out to fix the screens in the building. This wouldn't be an issue during the winter ski season, but might be something to consider if visiting in the summer. The dishwasher wasn't working, which was a pain. We will book a place with air con next summer. The kitchen was well stocked and the bathrooms have been nicely remodeled. If the rental office takes a bit more care cleaning and keeping up with maintenance, it will be great.
