This pet-friendly and recently upgraded 1 bedroom + loft, 2 bathrooms presents a comfortable living room with a flat screen TV, DVD, CD player, wood fireplace, and WiFi. Centrally located in Conness building with city bus stop out front. Large master bedroom has a king, flat screen TV, DVD and private dressing sink. Loft has a queen plus daybed, TV and adjacent bathroom. Unit features a fully equipped kitchen with counter seating for four, plus dining area seating six. Easy access to Jacuzzi, sauna and tennis court, plus other Summit amenities (work-out room, pools, etc.), and underground garage parking (garage clearance 7' 0"). This unit is pet friendly. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. This unit comes with one underground assigned parking spot with a second on a first come, first serve basis within the complex. Guests will be provided two parking passes. Mold and dust

The bathroom walls and ceiling had horrible mold and huge dust bunnys. The cleaning lady should be alerted to the filth. I had an instant asthma attack upon walking into the condo. We opened all the doors and turned in the fans. The carpets need cleaning. The water damage is very visible.

Great place near Eagle Lodge

This was a great condo for four people, Bruce big tv’s in each room and very cozy. My only suggestions are that the owner should invest in a couple new frying pans (the ones there were badly scraped and need to be replaced) and there’s mold in the upper bathroom so you might want to look more closely at that. Other than that we loved it!

VRBO as described.

We booked this VRBO in kind of a rush, and when I finally sat down and read the comments I was terrified. When we got there we were much releaved. Yes, this property is old. It is in dire need of a renovation. With that being said it was fine. Everything was neat and clean. Check in process was a bit of a pain, definitely need to get some sort of smart lock instead of making people go to an office to pick up a key. Parking was a great plus as there was a huge snowstorm. But don’t plan on getting a guest spot. All in all it was a good stay.

If there was an option I would give it “no star” rating

We booked this condo for 4 nights for party of 6, including the sofa bed in the living room to accommodate for 6 people for ski trip.The host was non responsive and the condo is very out dated and not in a livable condition. Furnitures, kitchen equipment, bathrooms all are very old and dirty. Seemed like this place hasn’t been cleaned for years. 1 The living room ceiling was leaking when we arrived. We contacted the host/office and no one ever responded. Made us wonder if it’s a known issue and they don’t bother. The water was running down over the TV, the area in front of it and the end of the sofa bed when pulled out as bed. We couldn’t not use the TV or the speaker as they were all wet, we even covered them with towel. The edge of the sofa bed was getting wet when pulled out and the sound of water drops all night was very annoying and the fact that is it even safe to sleep under that ceiling . 2 Both bathrooms had mold, but the upstair bathroom specially was covered all in mold. It was also missing a showerhead so the water would splash all over and we couldn’t use that bathroom which was very inconvenient to have only 1 bathroom for 6 people. 3 The condo and all furnitures were very dirty, there was a very big spider web on the corner of the second floor ceiling and another big web hanging over sofa bed in the living room. The sofa and carpet had visible stains all over. 4 There were no linens for the sofa bed. We only found blankets in closet which were very thin ( better for summer) and very dirty. They haven’t been washed for years. 5 The stove was so outdated, the knobs weren’t working properly which made it hard to control the heat and we ended up burning our food.

Good location

The highlight of the property is being walking distance to Eagle, Being pet friendly it was great to be able to go grab lunch and check on my dog. The place was a older but still in fine condition, it could have nicer toiletries and other adders.

Good location and decent condo

Stayed with our 3 little kids who enjoyed sleeping in the loft together. Condo has everything we needed, nothing too fancy but worked for us. Would have been nice to have more than one paper towel roll for our longer stay.

The Mammoth reservation service didn’t have our room ready until 5:00 pm. The door to the facility was locked and as it was after 5, we couldn’t call them to ask about how to get in. We finally got a neighbor to let us in. Other than that initial frustration the week went smoothly

Nice property, good location, no views.

This property is well located. There is underground parking. Condo was on the second floor, but 3 flights up from elevator. The living space is comfortable, but the kitchen and bathroom facilities are old. Faucets are very old. If you plan on cooking, the kitchen amenities are almost adequate. One bedroom is in the loft, with a large and small bed and separate bathroom. The other bedroom is on the main floor, also with a separate bathroom. The unit is quiet. The biggest advantage to this particular condominium is they allow pets.

#277 Conness - Comfortable & pleasant

#277 Conness, while old and a bit dated, was perfect for our 3 night stay. It is well maintained: Comfortable beds, kitchen amenities were more than adequate for fixing breakfasts and dinners, plenty of hot water and water pressure for a good shower at the end of the day. The unit is pet friendly, but you wouldn't know it as there were no tell tales of prior animal guests. You can be sure we'll be back. Thx!

The property and location were great. The cleanliness of the unit was horrible. Spilled water on the kitchen floor and cleaned up with a paper towel. Paper towel was black. Came to realize that as we sprayed and cleaned surfaces it was as if they had not been cleaned for months.

The condo was old and need upgrade!

For the price paid for 3 nights the condo was not worth it! Condo was outdated! There was a leak in the living room and a leak in the downstairs bathroom. The heater wasn’t working in downstairs living room and in the loft. The unit was dark and need a better lighting. I come to mammoth annually and will not be staying in this unit again, sorry!!!!

Nice Location - Needs To Be Updated

We were excited by the location of this condo, but it's not clean and it needs to be updated. The heating isn't centrally controlled and one of the units was broken when we arrived. It seems clear the owners are not reinvesting the money they make from renting it. The management company was responsive, but we wouldn't rent here again. Maybe a good spot for a bunch of college kids that just need a place to crash.
